I agree with JerseyCrew where he wrote "it is more important what Omar delivers than what he looks like". However, because we are in the financial business, I believe visibility becomes even more important, no picture present could have people questioning down the line... What has he got to hide?

A CEO and key leaders should IMO have a picture on their website, it builds a foundation of trust.

As an aside I was looking into Omar, (and please excuse my ignorance, but I had no idea he was an investor in GGP from 2017). And I know he is definitely is a reader of LSE, having seen his quotes from LSE members that he posted on his X account, I really did get a good insight into Omar as a private investor himself.

It has given me even more confidence in Omar.

The below is his post in response to Gervaise Heddle leaving GGP. I hope Omar is wrong and he surpasses Heddle's achievement here....

IMO the constant negativity in the RNS and not updating the shareholders is deliberately done to not let the SP rise . He probably has an offer and if the SP runs away he might loose the buyer.

So much uncertainty and speculation surrounding Wednesdays Budget. Talk of taking Shareholders makes this drop in sp no suprise. I do not expect to see a RNS this week. November next week and I expect the rich news flow to start. Until then just add if you can.

Well done WOS on the RNS last week that you said would do wonders for the sp lol, it didn't even make 5% up. Truly dire performance.

This share has no RNS coming up that will equal last weeks, as such this share will fall at least 10% this week, if not more. Extremrly low sentiment here, market doesn't like it, and long-term members vocalising that "something isn't right here". A true recipe for disaster.

Cyberton, there is nothing we can do about that deramper except filter.

The facts are most of us here are already well ahead, so I am not entirely sure what they are trying to dissuade us of, it would be like turning our back on the goose who has already layed the golden egg and has the promise of producing a platinum one soon (Namibia).

Already I see GBP as a success.....

Most of us new shareholders are already up well over 100% on a very short space of time.

Discussions going well with our commercial farm in partner.

Good progress being made on our two projects, at brisk pace.

We will have a rich news flow in these last 2 months of this year, transformational news... IMO.

We have a strong team, with a new marketing team who are going to be very, very busy. Hopefully they will first produce a new, shiny website befitting of the company.

Our CEO has the utmost respect for us shareholders, being one himself he knows what we are thinking, acting quickly and not failing to put out tweets that reminds us why we pressed the buy button in the first place. Skin in the game, and has put his money where his mouth is.

His diligence evident recently by letting go a bankrupt.... looks like he isn't for one moment risking anything that might tarnish this company's reputation. In the short time Omar has been the CEO he has displayed strong characteristics that makes you feel your money couldn't be in safer hands.

Callum Baxter needs no introduction.

This share will be 0.50 before this year waves goodbye.

That was supposedly good news this werk, so if no better news comes then this sp goes below 2p quite easily. If the news you guys just had did nothing for the sp, you must know in November the dreaded sp starting with a 1, becomes a reality.

So I hear Keir Starmer doesn't consider a shareholder a working person. Hmmmmm.

I think many of us will be watching the Budget keenly next week, the markets could volatile next week.

Flat as a pancake! Two bits of good news and this share is up a measly 3% in 5 days, YTD its well over 40% Down...MB is doing a dire job here, the market isn't having it! I certainly dodged a bullet here.
