Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
H & B seems to be an irrelevance at the moment considering the initial launch in all stores of the slimbiome sachets. I would think revenues would be negligible.
I have mentally written off slimbiome, too niche and too crowded a market. Give me an RNS on sweetbiotix being commercialised any day, that's what I'm holding for and how I hope to make money. if that RNS lands this should double and more.
The boots deal is slightly delayed. There's an article today in share prophets if you're subscribed which covers this.
As an aside SOH makes the point the uk retailers take a lot of work for not a lot compared to other deals. I agree with what he is doing, concentrate now on the countries with large populations, China, India, USA.
One day a big sweetbiotix deal will be landed and this will rocket. This time next year and all that...
Some of the comments this week regarding IRH not completing on the jubilee deal seemed a bit wide of the mark to me. Looking at how many hundreds of millions they are already investing in Zambia and copper I can’t see the logic of them pulling out of a deal they have only currently earmarked 50 million dollars for. It’s small fry for them and without it they don’t have a complete copper strategy.
Still expect it to go through imminently.
So apologies as this isn’t do do with jubilee, other than I love jubilee being a safe play on several metals.
The hummingbird revelations are quite astounding today. I think bushy might be tied up there for a while. Something like they forgot to pay their contractors 27 million dollars before they finally had enough and walked off the job. And haven’t declared it in yesterdays rather vague RNS.
I listened to a share prophets bear cast about a a week ago where he covered all his mining investments. I haven’t listened to one fir quite a while but he mentioned he talks to Mark later quite regularly about jubilee.
Slater’s view is that Leon knows this is his last chance to execute the copper roll out but fundamentally he is competent.
IRH news would be good. Looks like some people are taking some profits off the table, there’s a fair few sells coming through.
20% in a week isn’t a bad return but will it be the correct decision? Impossible to finesse this, it could go much higher.
I would normally be against any extra costs but I fully support this. They are at annother inflection point for further rapid growth and the size of the territories and operations means they should have separate set ups.
Should speed up decision making.
Thanks for the link. A very good presentation and a very succinct CFO And CEO, especially answering the questions.
A bit cagey on Chambishi, could be something brewing there. Had my average down yesterday and glad I did, now time to switch off for a bit until news hits.
I have had a sleep on it and my gut feeling is the company’s resources probably have a longer life than some mines so a low pe probably isn’t warranted.
I would’t be surprised if other opportunities with IRH or similar companies present themselves in other territories.
It’s hard to pick a catalyst for the shares going higher imminently, it might take a while. A market of cap of 150million seems cheap enough for the possibilities here and I think chrome prices will stay high for a while at least until copper kicks in.
I’m going to put another 15k in and try not to watch for a while. A couple of months could see sentiment change.
