Took over and totally refurbished a wash plant worth £60 million on its own… refurbished an old rail track and loading facility and decided to blend hivolA and hivolB to create a Ben brand that is sought for.

He got the major investment to be tied in.

He’s changed strategy with the market as it moves. He’s dynamic as we’d expect any CEO.

The company is 2 years old and producing now on his initial promise.

If that’s not worth his money then I don’t know what is…
