Two massively discounted placing don’t suggest confidence, more desperation. If PPP need £600,000 raised at a 30%+ placing it isn’t good and SP would’ve nearer 7p if not suspended. As a curtesy company should explain what is happening with the accounts. Another month and CH will be looking to strike them off.

People are taking profits from COBR which has made big gains in the past week, and there's plenty of talk about NEO. Reinvestment there could be the catalyst we need to to re-rate.

Well a lot of people with egg on their faces today as we don’t seem to have reached 2p. I did say at 8am would be good if finish above 1.5p today. If that is now touch and go.

Come back end of October and apologise as we will still be suspended. Major issues with the accounts which is why recent changes were made. They will need time to dirt things then hope the auditor is free.

Plenty of company RNSs today so B/H not reason. Fact PPP gave no timeline at suspension suggests this will be long wait and the RNS this year about the delayed accounts was rather more negative/informative than those in 2022 and 2023.

As a curtesy to holders and update on accounts would be useful but unlikely. Poor this is third year in a row it’s suspended and would appear PPP struggling with main market compliance and in another month CH will be on to them.

Well Spod you didn't even know the share could be suspended si anything you say can be safely ignored and should you even be investing with such ignorance?

Look at history of shares suspended due to late accounts including this one - if they know likely date they will advise; fact they haven't means it won't be weeks but months.

Suspension will be months as last year. In 2022 they clearly stated the accounts would only be a week late and suspension soon lifted. This year like last there is no indication of timings which suggest much work still to be done.

Despite my comment we would be suspended I am in hear. Placing will have been forgotten by time this relists in a few months. In meantime there will be more good news. In addition the BOD control the news and when she comes out of suspension so expect good news just after suspension is lifted to drive price on.

The RNS on reason for suspension is rather negative as no indication of when results will be announced so not imminent as per 2022 RNS. Looks like months as last year.
