By definition wells plural is a minimum of 2 so this makes at least 13,300 bopd if not more. A significant increase on todays production and income. A good entry point at this level IMO.
Looks like the 1M delayed sell was in fact a buy. Someone (ii?) prepared to put in some serious dosh.
Q2 & Q3 are their best quarters so I am expecting good updates and better profitability.
We have been in the lower 6's for all of March/April with peeps waiting for release of Gen3 in H2. The rise to mid 7's to be expected leading up to final results last month. Not surprising that we have drifted back fairly quickly with some no doubt taking profits. Good buying this afternoon - I certainly topped up at this level. No long to the start of H2 and when news comes we certainly won't be in the 6's any more. GLA
Looks like a few stop losses have been taken out.
TBH these results are no better or no worse than I had expected. They are for last year when we all knew Scott was building the Company to be ready for Gen.3 which he is doing. We now have an installed base in Africa and Asia/Pac which is needed to promote the business and exciting projects in the UK. I bought in over a year ago and prepared to wait for the H2 release. I am sure we will hear orders news as the year progresses. If you believe in the Company/Product then patience is the key. This really is a game changer in my view. GLA.
Good post Fadec. If I remember a few years ago HNR was all about DT Ultravert and Helios but firstly DT needed funds to commercialise it. ED was created as a means to an end to get the funds for both Now we have had some fun watching the ED journey and with the skill and profesionalism of the BOD the first 2 wells have proven highly viable however it has taken time to get this far. As the recent RNS mentioned we would have been on a hamster wheel for quite some time to get the next 6 wells producing. I was surprised a others that the deal with True was only 7.5% but add in the $5.5M and the cash in the bank to date has given us almost $10M in the bank. The second benefit though was no further dilution. This is a big benefit for me. So now we are in a position and at a tipping point that once the last patent is in place (as I understand is needed), to sign some DT deals. This is where the real money is and when the re-rate will happen and all our patience will be rewarded.
Two of those are definitely buys and I am guessing the other two are also, they are on the mid point.
to Gen 3 release and the sales that will come with it.
Me too 120K. Though they popped the Ask up so they all show as sells!
Tried to buy this morning and couldn't even buy 50K but they would take all my meagre 300K holding.... Interesting.
Answer from Barclays. I guess the same is for others with nominee accounts: This event is classed as a Mandatory Corporate Action. This means that you do not need to take any action. Hytera will issue us with a bulk payment on 7th June. We then ask for another few days to distribute this across all qualifying shareholders like yourself and will credit this directly to your account.
Yus191 - In answer to your question about contract news: http://www.sepura.com/news-events/news/2017/rwe-power-builds-on-long-term-agreement-with-sepura/ Issued today on their web site- A new 10 year managed service contract in Germany including network expansion. Seems business is continuing hopefully as usual.
As I understand it is a binding offer at 20p unless there is a higher alternative offer, then Hytera have the option to submit a counter offer within 5 days.
Wonky - question for me is would a 2nd bidder come from an existing competitor or one of the other big telecoms Co.s / integrators looking to get into TETRA as there is quite a high entry price into the TETRA market. Either way Sepura is still a bargain at this price even with the debt.
Cassius - I am assuming another bider would have waited until Hytera showed their offer before contacting Sepura to register their interest and request the financial pack. Assuming again 3 weeks to review the info. and ask any more questions , then this takes us to say mid Jan. Having said that a second bidder could have already done this and be ready to make an offer sooner.
Don't post that often but as I understand it a 2nd offer can come in anytime before the vote. If there is a 2nd offer then Hytera has 5 days to put in a counter offer. Sepura will have all the info in their data room ready to copy to another bidder which they could do quickly but I wouldn't expect a 2nd offer until early in the New Year if there is one. LTH here and underwater having averaged down since early this year so keen for a 2nd offer to reduce losses. BTW I understand they closed down the Chinese factory quite some years ago and now have 2 plants in Europe. Some excellent analysis over the past few months and recently which I have enjoyed and learned a lot. Thanks to all those. GLA
