G_G_G I agree with you. They may sell DIS with a 12x on adj. EBITDA considering that there are more buyers and inbound approaches. Furthermore, the EBITDA to which apply the multple should consider (i) the potential growth of DIS for the next years (.co win and ICANN) and (ii) the fact tha there are central costs allocated that will disappear when sold. So I think that EBITDA should be at least 24-25 mln

If we valued search equal to 0 we would obtain a range between 33p and 78p. I think their primary goal now is to sell DIS with an high multiple (at least 9/10×) and then showing the scale-up of Search to sell it later. It makes no sense to sell Search now

I share with you a multi based scenario valuation with different EBIDTA and multiples for each BU (it's a copy paste from Excel and the layout is not good). As you can see it confirms that in this moment that a right share price as of now is between 60/70p, but in my opinion there's room for furhter increase if they sell DIS with good multiples, if they turn around Search (difficult) and Comparison (more likely) and also if they reduce debt. So they have many leverages to get things better, but I have to say I'm not confident about this managment

If you look at today's book, it's all driven by algos. Btw we are doing -6..

I may be wrong but for sure is over 60. It may be between 70 and 80. That's why they refused the first approach at 100p.

I did a quick and dirty calcolation months ago and it should be around 80

Naturally we cannot share detailed financial data with individual investors in advance of the release of TIG's H1 results on Monday 1 September. TIG's outlook excludes all new business won since the start of this year, such as .co and other recent business wins. There has not been an update to our FY2025 guidance, which was communicated in the RNS dated 4 March 2025, but if evolution of the customer base in TIG's Domains, Infrastructure & Software segment has an impact on results that impact is expected to be net positive.

It's six months we are basically in algos' hands. I suppose we have to wait the 1st September to know the future of this company. In any case, the return to 50s is really disappointing
