When Newgen is signed of I don't think they will need it. To get contractors in for the 6 mon the dev boost they need proof of income hence the Riverfort deal. IMO

Gas has been a hot topic this weekend. Funny how slow the main press is to catch up with what is happening.

Let's see if this wakes up some interest on the market.

Cases don't matter no more what matters is hospitalisation/ ICU and deaths. These have note raised as much as they did as a proportions of new cases, showing a disconnect and herd immunity is strengthening. Worried about Covid as much as I am worried about any other flu or cold virus.

Gas prices s are so important here.

I invite people to go check the last 10 years. To have gas so high during the northern emisdpheres summer is unprecedented. Not looking good for my winter bills, but it's is not going down anytime soon.

Echo is not the only commodity player on AIM being dragged down. Some with much better reputations are also seeing ridiculously low mcaps during a commodity bull market.

Fair value in the market is a rare thing. Some companies are overvalued some are undervalued. But the market always corrects itself, before then drifting off in one or the other direction.

I always keep free cash and take multiple positions on all of my investments for that exact reason. Very rarely have I bought and the price instantly went my way (I prefer to catch a falling knife than a rocket)

I think it is more due to gas prices than oil here. Argentina currently importing to fill the demand gap over winter.

Same as many I was rather disgruntled by yesterdays RNS. Please the market did not go ballistic this morning. But let's be honest here, it is not RMM who missed the deadline but the lawyers and third parties taking carte of it.

Also summer is not the greatest season to get lawyers to do any damn work.

In the 30th of June RNS (thanks Cornish for pointing that out) they did say:
"The senior secured loan is anticipated to be closed by August 31, 2021."

Still don't get the "huge risk of liquidation", in that sense most companies are in huge risk of liquidation.

A fall of ground will still be possible but now won't be a major issue.

I should have taken more time last night to give a clear opinion but was slightly frustrated at the tone and the damage such communication could have in the investors/BoD relations.
