I would assume that they have been buying in batches within the volumes that are being traded. I am not 100% sure but they don't have to declare straight away and have a few days. I could be wrong though.

ITM normally release the trading statement in the 1st week of June. Have not seen when this years will come out yet.

Spicy has been quiet the last few days,weird.

Ade1234 you have been talking smack about ITM for months, then post a message as if you a 1st time investor and punting afc. This is why people telling you to jog on.

i remember when we had the chat with Dennis and he answered our questions. I hope he had not had to read all the rubbish that has been posted recently.

IKFA - One thing I have tried to understand. ITM has 616m shares in issue, can a small board like this on LSE really help these short term visitors as you call them? I don't see how we can be worth that much to them, but hey ho.

I have noticed that when the prices climbs they go quiet and when it drops, they post a fair amount, so maybe you on right.

But yes if there was a yearly date when if you were able to visit Sheffield and have a tour it would be great.

I have sometimes wondered if Dennis would allow genuine (and may have to prove it to ITM) shareholders to ever visit and see the factory. Sort of like a tour. Probably a pipe dream but hey ho.

Lucky, I would expect they would, if you buy 1 for 5m and then you buy two for 9.8m you made 4.8m on the second one that you might not have sold. We will never know the commercials as that will be a company secret, but when someone comes to you to fill a 100mw order, you do not stick to your guns and say 5m each one. People like to think they are getting a deal. Dennis would know this and say the price is 5m to allow negotiations to take place.

That is my take anyway.

Roughly ball park figure of 5m euros. Someone here will have the exact amount quoted on LinkedIn. I am sure they would be a discount on amount purchased or volume of orders.

GET H2 is our 300 MW electrolyzer project, we are currently erecting in hashtag#Lingen.

2/3 of the capacity we are doing together with ITM Power - PEM electrolyzer technology and Linde as contract partner.

Around five months after taking FID on the total project, it was a good moment together with my board colleage Dr. Sopna Sury to look how far ITM is with the production of the electolyzers in their facilities in hashtag#Sheffield, UK.

But before getting in touch with our stacks, which are almost ready to ship for Line 1 to our site in Germany, i had to undertake a laborartory electrolyser build up and commissioning competition ..

ITM is testing their membranes in this laboratory: its durability and development latter!

A pre qualification session for me you may say 😉, a development and testing step on European electrolyzer technology for ITM.

Its a good signal that the technology is developed in the UK, in Europe and gets alive with RWE in Lingen. First time already 2024 in our 5 MW pilot section and the next 100 MW going online 2025.

👉In a nutshell: we are on time underway. The Linde, ITM and RWE team, all the colleagues in the project are fully energized and with fun and professionalism working on the project to deliver a big success!

Agreed Vamosbein, I saw 135 posts last night and though what is going on here.

I remember in one of the earlier posts not sure if it was Rick or jzchat, they said when Jeff stops posting so would they. Jeff said last night he was taking a break, so if this was Rick, you can keep your word, if it was jzchat well he has stopped.

I honestly don't know what more people can post about? I always enjoyed the ITM board for being level headed and a decent amount of posts.
