There was no 'bad' news just regurgitating what we already knew. HAA would have been better spending his time progressing things at TK and in SA. Anyway, the one positive I did take from the Q&A was no imminent Placing!!

Surely those who wanted to sell at 2p have now already done so.....

Very exciting future ahead. Hope Danielm89 doesn't mind me posting his summary of the latest company interview last week. All for £7M mcap......

#CIZ interview key points:

1. Funded beyond 2024 once conduit completes #Nasdaq merger

2. Test is 95% effective and can detect other cancers

3. Actively seeking partnerships with “big biotech” for EU & UK

4. Assay optimisation due any day

5. Directors in a closed period due to inside information

6. Companion test and a new “monitor” test being explored

7. Directors look to active warrants at 15p and 20p in the near future

Comprehensive drilling programme ahead...

How long have we been seeking a 'development partner' to progress the Copper asset? (it is mentioned in the latest Presentation under the heading of 'Near Term Plans'). I suppose my initial focus when investing here was regarding funding being in place to support the plans to become a Revenue Producer later this year (yes, after recent Placing), levels of debt (none) and does the Bod have skin in the game (yes, and they participated in the latest Placing). All looks positive, but as you say, should the BoD secure a partner/funding to progress the 'independently-evaluated copper resource' that could be a game changer. Interesting times ahead especially when the company is only valued at £4.9M.....

Evening SB, you didn't miss much (HAA was not a well man!) and he should just focus on TK finance closure and in advancing the SA projects when there is nothing new to share with shareholders imo. In terms of the 'unsecured advances' (from 16 minutes) he said they had been provided 'for years' and 'that is what we are doing right now'. No more detail provided but it doesn't appear we are on the cusp of a heavily discounted Placing. As you say, we need more details from the Q&A....

One piece of good news, if true, is the continuing 'unsecured advances' ahead of TK finance sign off. I think a few were 'worried' about an imminent fund raise through a discounted placing

I did say it was pointless having a presentation with no new news to share! Talk about raising expectations (for some) and then leaving folks deflated. The ONLY information we want is the TK sign off. Everything else is fluff/bulls hit....

News on the webcast would be most welcome but imo unexpected. Will catch up with what HAA has to say later this evening. In the meantime I'll keep one eye on a little red dot!

Looks like there is plenty to get excited about and latest company presentation gives lots of useful detail. Me, I'll start to get excited about my investment here when we're trading at 0.3p+.....

I'm expecting news on the Mill construction in the next couple of weeks followed by confirmation of NDEP approval and confirmation of commencement of drilling at The Olympic Gold Project

7 Feb 23 RNS: 'Ground conditions at the mill site are now good and surface work started last week in preparation for laying concrete, scheduled for the end of this month, subject to weather conditions.'

'In January, Western Milling LLC, (a production joint venture, 50% owned by the Company) attended a review meeting with the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection (NDEP), the state agency responsible for regulating its proposed mill, which is being constructed to produce gold and silver concentrates from pre-mined material and shallow ore. Certain changes to the plans were requested by NDEP, all of which were reasonable and will be easily manageable, with a modified plan now submitted for formal approval.'

Revenue Producer later this year, no debt, BOD with skin in the game, fully funded after latest Placing and an mcap of £4M makes this a very attractive investment for both the short & medium term imo. Lat's hope for another great week.....
