For me it is about the purpose of the placing funds. Acquisitions for example that add longer term value are fine for me if it brings forward profit & cashflow.

Yep, I sold a couple of weeks ago in anticipation of a (discounted) Placing. Ready to buy back in when it is announced. Don't like being outside looking in though! lol

A Placing at this level would be a disaster and would probably signal the beginning of the end of the company imo. Many of us will be in an Old Folks' Home before we monitise Redmoor (and LCCM too! lol). JP needs to start earning his money.....

Everyone is under water I suspect. Difficult times for small cap PM companies, even those that are well run and producing surplus cash. What chance do we have here when we are lead by a bunch of buffoons! Any (miracle) spike in the SP and we'll get crushed in stampede to reach the door marked 'exit'!

Any whiff of negativity and TCM is out of the blocks to stick the (proverbial) boot into HAA (36 anti KEFI posts in the past 30 days!) lol. Lets just sit and wait (quietly?) to see if Harry delivers TK funding to the latest 'deadline'. Imagine how often we would see TCM if he was a shareholder!. I suppose TCM's 'mates' will be along shortly to add their two-penneth, but fortunately 3 of them are filtered.......(I might drop TW a quick note to see if he has any 'news')

I'm 'expecting' news in Q4 and have been happy paying around 0.06p (a bit cheaper yesterday closer to 0.055p) to build my stake. My target is 0.2p and then I'm off to pastures new....(GL)

Just need to consider that the mcap is only £3.1M, the company is fully funded after the June Placing (0.08p) and news is due on multiple fronts (see 1 June RNS extract). This share prices moves fast when there is a whiff of impending/positive newsflow so now could be a good time for an investment/punt imo.....

The SP was always unlikely to remain below 0.06p given the Placees paid a (discounted) 0.08p only 5 months ago. Bargain hunters and the possibility of imminent news on a number of fronts just makes an investment at this level a bit of a no brainer imo...
