Presumably nothing happen to progress the monitisation of this 'asset'?

Leigh Creek Copper Mine ("LCCM")

Currently, the Company is working with two unrelated parties who have expressed an interest in the sulphide exploration potential of the project. These parties have signed confidentiality agreements, accessed our data room and have undertaken their own due diligence, although no site visit has been undertaken as yet.

Additionally, we have recently been approached by a party that is proposing an alternative approach to treating the copper oxide and we are currently investigating the feasibility of this approach.

14 July 23 RNS: · A presentation at Austmine's "Copper to the World" conference in Adelaide, in May, has led to a further two parties exchanging confidentiality agreements with the Company and accessing Leigh Creek Copper Mine's ("LCCM") data room.

28 Sept 2023 RNS: 'the Board is in advanced discussions with at least one supportive counterparty to provide a short-term working capital facility.'

Its been 10 weeks. Have I missed an update or are we slowly running out of cash?

The company will continue to operate/exist whilst it is financially beneficial for the BoD to do so imo. JP will not easily forego his (obscene) six figure remuneration for what is effectively a PT role. They don't give a stuff for us peeps as recent lack of communication clearly demonstrates.....

Just caught up with latest HAA interview and nothing to suggest we're not on track for TK finance closure before year end. Exciting times at last!

I suspect the BoD has downed tools for xmas. Let's hope for something more positive in 2024 to cheer the troops...

I have changed my view that I would take a 20p takeover offer and run. With the gold price on the verge of all time highs we are becoming even more of a cash machine with the potential to increase future production volumes significantly.

The SP is holding up remarkably well given the evident lack of tangible progress in monitising our 'assets' and clear (and reported) need for a short term cash injection

Rob, I suspect most of us will have cashed in by the time the SP hits 3p (next year imo) and miss out on the maga potential returns that will come from exploiting our assets in Saudi. At least our resident naysayers will have also moved on.....(Manu will still be asking if we've had the ANS money yet lol)
