Not as close to day to day events here anymore but there does appear ot be a disconnect between the SP and the current and future (finance generating) prospects...

*Debt free

*Revenue generating from Cobre (200% increase in income last year, highest since 2017)

*Profitable (after tax profits last year of $1.3M)

*Mcap sub £6M

*Placing out of the way to fund accelerated development of (world class tin/tungsten!) Redmoor

*Old (failed) BoD swept away

*Decent prospects of LCCM being sold in the next 6 months ($100,000 'exclusive' call option now received from the interested buyer)

I've added to my shareholding over the past few days as the downside risk seems pretty limited but the upside potential could be quite dramatic imo. GLA

Mcap sub £6M and a real possibilty that LCCM will be sold. SP will move up if/when this deal is completed imo. The receipt of the A$100K is a confidence booster....

· The Purchaser will make a non-refundable payment to Strategic Minerals of A$100,000 within 30 days from 23 April (or such further period as may be agreed by the parties), for an exclusive call option to acquire 100% of LCCM (the "Call Option")

· Under the Call Option, which will be exercisable for a period of six months (or such longer period as may be agreed by the parties), the Purchaser may elect to acquire 100% of LCCM for an initial payment to Strategic Minerals of A$1.9 million in cash

· The Purchaser anticipates completing a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange upon which it will issue shares to Strategic Minerals equivalent to 19.9% of the listed vehicle up to a maximum value limit of A$3 million*

· The Purchaser will pay an earn-out to Strategic Minerals equivalent to A$4 million ("Earn-Out Consideration") to be paid on a half yearly basis from the commencement of commercial production at the Project with each half yearly payment to be the equivalent of 20% of net free cash flows from the prior period

*In the event of the share issuance to Strategic Minerals being less than A$3 million as a result of the 19.9% limit, the Earn-Out Consideration shall be adjusted to a higher level to reflect the difference in value from the A$3 million maximum limit.

Mostly buys today and only 5% up. The MMs will have to let this go soon (unless there is a big background sell!)....

A lot of us were invested here for the Saudi assets and look at how Harry has mismanaged them and virtually given them away for what? Hopefully we get TK finance and sell on the 1p+ spike and move on. Looking forward to shaking Harry by the neck (oops hand lol) at the AGM next month.....

Just need that spark of good news and this share will significantly re rate imo

Oh GW, just popped in to see how it's going here. Roland painted a very positive picture here after his holiday in India (thank you shareholders lol). Trouble is the company is going to run out of cash before Cambay income fills the coffers (ironic laugh!). The fat lady is moving towards the piano......
