If we are not getting the 'expected increase in revenues' from Cambay or the $500k on execution of HoT until January next year, has the company got enough cash to last especially with our greedy CEO taking his undeserved remuneration? £750k raised in Feb. Sufficient? BoD plans on cost cutting?Worrying times...

We know how long GOI take to make decisions. We could be talking about another 18 months until this is resolved and then we have the staged payment plan (below). Hope we're all settled in for the long haul. Roland will be rubbing his hands together in glee. Back on full pay as a reward for negotiating a great deal for shareholders. 6x mcap, no er 4x....lol. Hope we don't run out of cash in the meantime and let Selan have Cambay for nothing!

· Initial payment of US$ 0.5 million on execution of the HoT

· Cash payment of US$ 6.5 million following GoI approval for the transfer of the 50% working interest

· Final cash payment of US$ 7.0 million 12 months after GoI approval

Selan realised from early in the JV (imo) that Roland was a complete dipstick and took advantage accordingly. These Indian companies can spot weakness (and an opportunity) a mile off. Roland, sadly for shareholders, just didn't see it coming. How could he face Zak Mir and answer questions about the deal? The guy couldn't even calculate that the deal was worth only 4x the mcap (or maybe he thought 6x was a rounding error 🤣). Hopeless!

I think folks recognise the next update is just around the corner (SVN-SDN-014?) and there is always the much touted 'near term partnership' news that could land anytime!
