Great RNS. Very positive results and more importantly backing of the Finish government and mining industry there. I think long term this will be the future of bem. Makes you feel like telling the the anti kallak brigade the shove it and move on as we don't need it any more ! Just a pity the company has put so much investment into it. Well done Kurt and crew. Onwards and upwards . Gla
Tesco always want a product at a price point rrp then tell the manufacturer there margin required, so Accrol have no option but to structure there product to fit the price ! The only issue with this is that a lower grammage of tissue needs to be used which in itself creates manufacturing problems as the lines run slower as there's not as much strength which then means less tonnage per hour goes through compounded with the thin tissue just makes it worse. Unfortunately all the Brands like Andrex etc and having to do the same. Accrol need to up the quality and kick out the SKUs which don't meet a minimum criteria! Sofidel do this and they make huge profits!!
I shouldn't think there is to much to panic about long term investment on this share as it will either be funded by more shares issued , Bank lending , or a sell out/takeover. Any one is not bad news at the current SP. Short term its the end of the financial year, we know its a disaster due to bad management and inexperience of the board in this field. They are trying to address this bye the sounds of it , getting rid of the extra warehousing , stock holding down ,less staffing, and price increases to customers. This all takes time to wash out into profit and12/18mths is my guess. So med/ long term ok - short term with no news(RNS Updates) not speculation this will slide a little . AIMO Good luck all
Jeesr are bulk reel manufactures of tissue for toilet tissue , kitchen towel , facial ,AFH. I wouldn't be surprised if they are already a supplier to Accrol and are safeguarding there debt ? Or they are looking to buy a conversion site in the UK ? Either way it's very positive, as for a fundraise this has to be a definate yes in my opinion .The big question is at what price and what restrictions will there be to the shares issued . The management don't want to be giving shares away for 20p or less really , personally once the SP hits 30p+ then this will probably trigger a fund raise which should the push this back up to the 50/60p then further by end of year once profits are back on track. AIMO good luck all for next week !!!
Smartass. I'm not being offensive but you may call this a spike ? just like when this share went from 1+ to.07p in a matter of months i would call that a drop(off a cliff), this is spiking right back to where it should be 80/90p , yes it may take the company a few weeks to sort it self out with funding etc but it will get there by end of this year one way or another. PATIENCE is needed. The guys in charge at Accrol will not be sat on there hands doing nothing you know, neither will the Banks !!! Food for thought ! GLA
Once the company has had time to get the increases and price per ton through to its customers and come back in line with the rest of the other manufacturers ( SCA . KC. Sofidel ,Northwood. Etc to name a few) who by the way have also had similar issues as Accrol they just have a bit more wool on there back! there no reason why this should not be back at the 1.00 + position within the next 6 to 8 months , which is just before Xmas where trade increases massively. That's what I'm thinking ,all in my opinion !
Jeesr Industries are most probably a major supplier for bulk rolls and if so a creditor possibly. if this is the case they are looking after there interest's in the company !! If not the case they are possibly looking to aquire Accrol, which is has state of the art machinery/capacity etc for a bargain price ! Either way its good for the company and good for investers/banks, because at the end of the day we all have to use the loo!!!!
As I see it the company has two options. 1. Within the next few weeks It will have more backing from the banks as they have the most to loose , the company has always been profitable for the last 30 yrs all that's caused the loss this year is cost of extra warehousing and staffing which is surplus and not needed, and unprecedented increase in raw material which has not been fully passed on to its customers straight away , this will happen but takes time. 2. Company will be bought by either one of the 3 large UK paper manufactures left (they could even be trying to do a takeover now at this ridiculous share price) or acquired/bought by a manufacturing company outside of Europe wanting to establish itself in the UK. It has been done before !! AIMO
Excellent responce to the government, would like to think we should at least get an acknowledgement back within the week ? And some form of recommendation bye the end of the month. Not sure what the government guide is for responding back , does anybody?
