Is the boards general consensus that the 1.3m is a buy, and the MM were filling the order this afternoon?
“We are delighted to promote Shaun Doak to CEO. He has made a significant impact since joining the Company early last year, building a cohesive, well-motivated team and materially improving operational and sales performance. Through Shaun’s leadership, we remain confident of continuing the evolution of the business building a solid foundation from which REACT can deliver profitable growth.” said Gill Leates, Non-Executive Chairman.
At the start of the financial year, which runs to 30 September 2020, management expectations had been for the business to move into profitability after reporting annual losses for the last four-years. Recent trading, notably in March, has been ahead of management expectations and as result the Group is likely to have delivered a small operating profit in the six months to 31 March 2020, which puts the Group in a good position to meet or exceed management expectations for the full year.
Not used REAT before as far as i am aware. He has said this before "In 2013, I bought a subsidiary of Cellulac with an atomiser cleaning technology that was used for decontamination. Perfect for just this crisis situation, but timing was not right. So seen REAT and knew demand would be at the same rate as military field decontamination." I believe i am right he got that originally from Pursuit dynamics? which changed to gaming realms? The atomiser ip was sold to Tyco i believe??
Someone on LSE just pointed out that the largest shareholder of Lone Worker Solutions is the same guy who heads Helium rising stars fund, who are the largest holder in React. (David Newton / David Clive Newton)
A comparison of small firm in Hampshire https://t.co/HaJnf0LDgl?amp=1 and also here: https://t.co/S8OA5c9I1F?amp=1
Edit. When I say “refused” that is wrong. The correct terminology is “unable to say anything”
Also look at the tweets by Gerry Brandon of SKIN MWG, hw likes REAT & sold a company wit the same atomiser tech some years ago, the same tech ( he says ) as React use now.
After doing some digging on linked in, and it could be something or nothing, but here is my line of thinking: React have George as a TR1 (at the mo) React also have Rob Gilbert who is a NED. At Lone Solutions, George is CEO and Rob is their CSO (Chief sales officer) Lone worker and Rect follow each other on Twitter and also Linkedin (no real surprise). However, recently React sent out this blog https://www.reactsc.co.uk/post/react-s-partner-programme-will-reach-a-wider-network-of-specialist-cleaning-customers which also coincided with a uplift in the Share price and George selling down. Rob Gilbert shares this reactions https://www.linkedin.com/posts/robgilbert1_reacts-partner-programme-will-reach-a-wider-activity-6657948955198009344-ER_H notice the hashtag " Sub contractor" in his capacity as CSO of Lone Worker Solutions!! I know for a fact that Shaun Doak (CEO of React) refused to comment when a question was asked to him that Lone Worker solution were a "Sub contractor" to REACT. So why did he refuse to acknowledge? I take it from Gilberts hastag, that Lone Worker is a subcontractor, and George is having to sell due to a conflict of interest? inho. Thoughts?
Lots of fingers in lots of pies. Quite techy aswell. Lone worker is app and devices based, Quasar is owned by continum and game based. 3Radical is customer engagement. IQ heating is well, heating based. Something telling from the 3Radical website "George advises several high growth companies." https://www.3radical.com/our-company/ IQ heating intrigues me as it different than the others, it seems quite "boring and safe" in comparison to the others. I feel a spade is needed to dig away.

Shows that George has recently become a Director at IQ Heating group on 20 April 2020 .......coincidence??

George Stavrinidis.....CEO of Lone worker solutions. Had over 6% of Company up until a few days ago. Reason for selling....not known, but he has been in since price was near the bottom. He also has a guy working in Lone worker called "Rob Gilbert" he is also a NED at React. Conspiracy theory would be NED knows something, and George is getting out, but i very very much doubt that. would very naughty as i am sure you will know. 2 Biggest holders are Helium and Octopus, both where increasing stake last year (i believe), then there is a Jonathan Whitmore, who no one knows about, he holds 6%, and i think was taking shares back end of last year from another TR1 holder Sean Huntley, who went below 3%, and JW went longer at the same time.
