Fastfood, i have emailed the company, an asked then to update the major shareholdings page on their own website, i asked them last week, and as yet, not even a reply which is disappointing. In other news, no delayed sells today. That is a first for sometime.

Chris, i believe the free float is small? Trying to figure out how many shares are held by II is a challenge as NSF site has not been updated. We know there are 312m shares. According to https://www.marketscreener.com/NON-STANDARD-FINANCE-PLC-20954894/company/ there is 187m float. However i make out II hold over 225m.

Approx 49M free float? The company website is well out of date. Is there anywhere that can also show me the individual director shareholder number?

Could well be Map, but the date of the loan with Skipton is 17.04.2020 and signed off by CEO and FD, yet the trading update precedes that loan sign off? How could they mention it if it had not been signed off yet?
