Harry has said MAY for funding and it 5th june elections with ABIY favourite to win..i have a feeling that paper work is ready to be signed end of may and it will take a week to sign ..just to see who wins election .so about 7th june we will get the funding done and dusted if ABIY wins election which should be a formality..nothing going to happen for a while now
