can only tell anyone on this board through a RNS what someone has told him ..LIKE GOT ..if magulufi tell the MEM that he wants the PPA sorted by a certain time then that is passed on to LC and TANESCO ..and we all know who is dragging their feet ..example is if you turn both teams out for a football match and the ref does not turn up ..then you postpone until everyone is ready and at the same time blame the REF ...so anyone who blames LC must have part of his or her one brain cell missing ..LC has already said he cannot do anymore because its all done ..but some people just dont get it and the one and only reason is because they are all waiting for a quick profit which has not happened yet..so thats tough you can wait patiencently or sell make your mind up and stop moaning
