1st can i say im glad someone has posted something i can understand 2nd i read into rns that they are starting at a higher watt for the power plant and 2nd phase will come a lot earlier which will complete the 1000 ..and i would say that they have both agreed a tarriff price on 1st phase

the mining commission has said they will issue licences starting next week and that artical was 2 days ago ..so be middle of june the way their timelines run ..or could be end of next week

Looks like 1 is a expansion of port 2 is a oil project 3 a transport corridor project plus there was a mention of a expansion of a energy project NOT KIBOs..but we live in hope of a suprise
