Be news on sepco then friday tender handed in ..then thats it untill next year unless we have mining rights from bots ..

in a word NO sepco might have lied to kibo saying they would invest regardless of MLs or PPA but when it comes to putting your money where their mouth his ..WELL THATS A DIFFERENT SUBJECT

look at SEPCOs side ..that they want to invest in kibo because they know it can work but kibo have no licences or ppa so they wont invest until they get something 100% concrete and thats not LCs fault ..its the snails fault ..its like SYM has explained no electric no trains to move only with a 1000 donkeys and 20 ton of carrots to feed them ...if all this needs to work we do need someone gone and thats magulufi if you read on his visits its all about highlighting himself or hes on the beg to anyone what will give him funds..his 1st and last job should be to get one thing done what no one else has ELECTRIC and he has no intention of that ..hes done nothing since going into office

I think the only way kibo can keep face is to tell sepco they can have their last extension on condiction one of the other or more interested parties can do their tests on kibo while kibo wait on sepcos answer ...that a fair message to send to sepco

mike dont forget it works both ways ,,SEPCO should be professional about the way they treated kibo ..you dont say you are investing then say let us think more about it ..then give kibo a date then say again can we have a bit more thinking time ..very very unprofessional..unlike kibo
