I understand and agree with you and all that say that this project will happen and i do to ..but dealing in this side of the world if you have invested in anything this side YOU WILL KNOW that until signed and financed then it all means nothing ..we have to wait and trust the ethiopian gov fund ..and yes i agree its a win win deal ..but if they have no money nothing will be signed ..

Ive already stated that and im 100% convinced this will happen its just their money side im concerned about ..but i think the next telling part will be the ministry signatures we await ..then that will be a masdive boost
