You have to agree the LC is now not the right man for the firm ..hes had enough time to achieve ..and for tanzania you have to be completely thick not to realise that the MCPP PPA was NEVER going to be agreed..tanzy wants electric for nothing and they will sit back and and think when the lines are done that will entitle them to FREE lekky..LC knew when magulufi was sorting finance out for the dam ...tanzy is done now ...the only hope is they let kibo build the plant and dont pay any taxes and give tanzy free lekky for supplying the pool..other than that hes finished ..LC is struggling..

You need to do some serious research on tanzi and magulufi..tanzy has no stategy only begging for investment of which no countries are investing anymore in tanzy because of magulufi
