You know you have mental health issues over the stock like alot of folk on here but I don't blame you.

You've invested large sums of money envisaging a very nice return, possibly retirement.

Your partners probably chewing your ear "when the SP going up" so we can go on cruise or do that house reno we've always wanted to do,

Your checking the share price and this page EVERY SINGLE DAY LIKE AN ADDICTION

Yet the truth is, you've taken the risk, put alot of money in and the SP is 14p. I'll speak to you same time next year or maybe in 10 years.

Do you think your family, friends, politians, neighbour will all be honest with you? Reality check - I'm not saying there's no farm out discussions, but it's more likely it just putting the net out there and see which parties are interested even just slightly looking for a cut price deal - a bit like you can't afford to pay your mortgage so you put the house price as low as possible for a quick sell.

By putting an RNS to say they're doing FO, it keeps the SP steady..

If they don't say anything it'd have gone below 7p and many folk would give up.

I'm starting to think this is the end of this stock now and if I was right they wouldn't be telling you this straight away they'd be an exit strategy - i.e. desperately get a company to buy out. The chief is obviously getting paid huge amount to represent the company or else why would he at his age and his time is precious more than ever.

SP never lies. Maybe there might be an RNS soon...

You need RNS with detailed context for a rise and as the chief the next RNS will be a "good" one or whatever... nope, sorry to say but it's a false pretense. There's no optimism.

Shares will obviously be cheaper... but the big question is do you buy more, and WILL you make more end of summer?

I disagree on some and maybe a bit of over complication there. But that's my opinion :)

you're missing a key bit - it's not "commercially viable YET" does it mean big boys will bring better equipment and suddenly it will be?

Beanlade "y'all" make me laugh. Invested probably £10k+ into these shares... in the last 5 years and in the next 5 years keep hoping SP will go right up and you'll be rich until you'll finally give up or panr goes bust one or the other will happen. That's gauranteed.

Thinking folk like me will influence the SP is hilarious and is indicitive of why you're in the position with this stock right now.

Look I might be wrong and you might be right... but it could also be the opposite.

But look balls not in panr court anymore.. Big boys look at their accounts and they will bide there time. Because Panr have failed numerous projects and swiftly moved in a bit of sneaky way, delaying until they get the wording right in their RNSs.

Panr need money > so they turn to farm out > change of board > getting a billionare with no experience in this field but like a celeb endorsement and he has connected not just in the business world > failed projects > no income > no future projects with a high probabilty of success > oil isn't commercial viable. So with that all in mind, do the big boys agree farm out or wait for Panr to go bust and get on the cheap as chips (pennies) - think like the big boys

Unfortunatly, no income, oil price will now come down, and waning apetite in Alaska legislation. Don't expect this to go to £1 this year. Just setting realstic expectations. Any more info, do your own research

Well said Baxi - this stock isn't going to break 20p anytime soon, no matter how many directors or ex director buy shares. There will need to be something very substancial to reach I'd say 40p+.

As folk keep saying... there's load of oil, but the problem is no one know how to pull it out from the ground and make it commercially viable. The big boys won't bother no matter what the directors tell you, they won't!
