Will it be the twin brothers who bought in at a time it spiked with relatively small amount of shares or will it be numerous long term holders who have been here years, some who bought in at sub 7p such as myself who hold several hundred thousand shares plus.

Why would a company who have never once diluted, do so once the end is in plain sight. Do you know many shares Clifford Elphick owns? Infact do you even know who he his or his background?

I agree, to sell out at a point where the company publicly announces it's in talks with another company with £3Trillion at its disposal. Absolute ludicrous.

How nice would it be if Zioc did the same sort of bidding system as Simandou. Now that would be exciting times.

Your never wrong yet you sold out of here at a 50% loss, then took a gamble elsewhere just to recoup your money, no profit whatsoever. Do you really think all people, do as you did, and invest money they cannot afford to lose, then worry themselves sick. I have over 300k shares in here and if I lose the lot so be it, The risk vs reward is worth it for me. You’ve totally cut ties with AIM, yet, your never wrong. Must have made that much money you’ve started worrying yourself sleepless how they’ll fit all the zeros on the bank screen.

I may try add a few more before the news once funds available. Cannot believe it’s still round this price.

Not read a sentence of it, just because you’ve sold out and are not convinced by the company ain’t going to change my opinion here. Same as any previous so called ramping didn’t dictate me investing. The fundamentals speak for themselves, as does the BOD’s. Leave ya money safe in the bank, hope it ain’t Nothern Rock.

How on earth can someone who has been invested here for 3 years of almost no substantial news sell out when they public ally announce they are in talks with China? Simon, are you familiar with the BODs? There’s no way this is going to be sold for anything less than reasonable. They all have large holding, hence never once diluted, as they take average salary’s. They all are vastly expireneced, wealthy individuals each with there own role to play. The share incentives surely rules out any dilution. Worst case scenario if they did, as Mask said it wouldn’t be the end of the world, just a small percentage gone. Who in their right mind would sell at this point? Beats me. GLA

Maybe they’ve left it late knowing the SP will decline and allow some friends in on the cheap. I massively doubt they’d leave themselves in a vulnerable position in talks with China with hardly any cash left as it would not stand in very good stead.

I can sell 300k in one foul swoop. People worried about cash flow maybe. Risk vs reward is massive here in my eyes, rather loose the lot than miss out after being in here a good few year. See what Q1 brings. I may add more if it continues to drop. Good luck all

When or if the buy out happens I will also remind you why me and many others have stuck in here. Madness you’ve been invested here 3 years and sell out at the point when they publicly announce they are in talks with China, who happen to be throwing billions of pounds around buying other iron ore reserves. As someone stated previously they’ve never once diluted, I personally believe finances will have been sorted previously.
