The region has in recent decades been shown to host numerous high-grade tier-1 gold and silver deposits, the two largest being Anglo Gold's Cerro Vanguardia mine and Newmont Mining's Cerro Negro deposit. Other substantial projects include Yamana Gold's Cerro Moro and Pan American Silver's Manantial Espejo silver deposit.

This is exploration Nookie, it requires patience. Ask GGP holders who held from 2016, Eua holders from 2016…. I expect substantial gains here over the next couple of years, you could always put it in the bank for 0.05% interest or whatever it is.

An update shouldn’t be too far away and they’ll be a decent amount of assays backlogged. Sotolo, Not sure who your referring to in regards to buying millions of shares, I’ll keep adding but I’ve not managed to accumulate a million in total, yet. Only small top ups for me. I wonder how the gold price will proceed this week, not that it matters so much to us at this current time though always nice to see the main commodity we’re involved with increasing in price.

Yes exploration is usually a long drawn out process, throw in two of the worlds top 3 gold miners and to them we at this stage are almost irrelevant. The majors taking over operationship is the start in my eyes, I’ve always been here with the view it will take years to see true value, the other JVs will be there to fill voids between Anza news. All the current Share price is in my opinion is the perfect opportunity to accumulate, in hindsight I commited too much money too early, though I’ve been slowly averaging down and will continue to add for most likely years to come.

3 months since the last Colombia update, 5 months of 3 rigs churning… I’ve emailed him today venting frustration as others have done. Let’s hope this next one is at least a half decent one.

Majors have only just taken over l, this is just the beginning. Plenty more money coming from the continuation of JV and warrants. The Tin JV is very cheap, the $1m doesn’t have to be spent instantly does it….. Jackbal do you not think we’re in a better position now, than we were when we managed to climb to almost 4x the current share price? If this time next year we’re still dwindling around this price I’ll be unhappy, I expect Agnico the go way beyond the $4m minimum spend and fly into September to continue the JV.

As daft as it sounds a delay in the La Cejita license coming through could benefit us as they may throw a few rigs at Pupino or Pepas which they may not consider doing if La Cejita gets sorted soonish. It’d be nice for newsflow to be drilling Apta and another tenement, then let them throw the kitchen sink at La Cejita once possibly. I’m happy Brads giving us updates via Twitter every few days, it seems he’s took on board what investors have been saying in regards to PR.

Not sure how it works to be honest biker, though if your not seeing the income on this quarters report, which I very much doubt, it will be because they received it previously.

Just had this reply from Brad, in regards to cash burn, all not is as bad as it seems.
Although Agnico/Newmont are paying the bills at Anza, they do so (or at least they did so up until end of last year) by giving the money to us first, and then we spent it. So the full cost of Anza, plus receipts from Agnico/Newmont always showed up on our cashflow statement (remember this statement yesterday was to end of November last year). That changes from now post handover as they will spend their money themselves - although not entirely as there are still some things that only we are allowed to do as we remain the lease holders.

Yes, I’m also expecting / hoping this is a pivotal one for the company and us shareholders. As you say it should have plenty of information to say the least. Not sure when it will drop, maybe after the meeting with Agnico at Anza when he will be in possession of more in depth info in regards to sampling, licenses, drilling, assays, expectations and future planning.

@Seingred - To be honest I’ve not really delved too much into any others as my money and time is invested here. I do keep my eye on others in the Cauca Belt region and have been having the odd check on Fenix Oro. The fact is there market cap is not too far behind ours, have no JV in place, will require funding themselves and I don’t personally think there Abriaqui project looks anything near as promising as Anza.

I didn’t give you an example as I do not no of any. Orosur Mining will be the first in my opinion. Yes I think Buritica will used used for future comparisons later down the line in regards to AISC. Do you eventually expect OMI to be eventually bought out if other areas are as good if not better than Apta?
