If there’s dilution it’s not always a bad thing, as long as it’s for a good cause then it will be welcome. The last time round the cash raised has obviously been going on salaries and other bits and bobs, not ideal but neither are the delays.

Throw in COVID, Colombia Politics and Newmonts takeover of Newcrest and it equates to a wife like , moaning Johnstoneo.

The deal is 100% on, most likely completed or very close to. I also expect announcement of a partner, with the Anza ownership RNS or very close after.

Correct, Brad has no real credibility, or he hasn’t from our point of view and perspective. Nothing much to offer currently. Hopefully that’ll change in the future.

Johnstoneo, that was a blatant lie by you earlier saying it’s not possible to sell large amounts here. A large amount here must be millions of shares to youbecause for weeks / months it’s been possible to see hundreds of K up to 1m at once. Today could sell up to 600k all morning to mid afternoon, that has now lowered to 200k, the lowest they’d take for a good while.

I meant the share price will be higher, thes placing will always come at a discount up to 30% on AIM with what I’ve seen. Hard to sell? Who you using, I check everyday, could 400k all day yesterday, can sell 600k in one go now??? Not struggled to sell less than 250k for a long while. I’m with HL.

So you don’t think Anza’s coming back, yet you’re here everyday and still holding shares? What value do you put on the company without Anza? They will have around £1m in the bank currently. How do you know there is nothing from Brads attendance at the mining journal. I believe they’ll announce financing through an investor of sort. If not it’ll be a paling but hopefully at a higher share price. Dilution, this is AIM it does happen and if it’s for exploration on Anza as 100% owners so be it, it’ll be worth it. From day 1 of you being here you have been nothing but negative, you’ve never once had any contact with the board or even had the initiative to do so. Talks are obvious still ongoing, delays happen. I asked the question again, if you believe your own words why would you still hold? Surely the share price will eventually plummet if what you’re saying is going to happen?

Who knows Johnsoneo, I recall from my contact with Brad in Feb he said by the end of April was the target but Louie thought more like the end of May. Then the Multilateral Instrument 61-101 threw abit of a spanner in the works. If anything they should have overshot it, instead they did the opposite. I’m more than used to delays having been invested here a while and in other exploration companies. I’ll be here for the drilling campaign at Anza, especially the southern area.
