Pretty much how I see it , only fly in the ointment I see is the current share price. All raising in the past has been at a premium to the previous one , at this stage therefore they need to get in excess of 45p ...... wonder what Nick has up his sleeve this time.
The share price is being gradually but inexorably walked down with each UT at or close to the low of the day ...... why?

Cos there’s someone on the bid trying to spend a million quid on shares ..... they part filled their order and will almost certainly be back for more ..... everything in the way on the ask got cleaned out and now ( with volume) book pretty clear til 37p ...... ask Rusty for clearer explanation....... probably not at this time though as he’ll be wasted
