Q was thinking the same re the price holding up with no news .Main markets doing well but look way overcooked to me just now .Made a few quid on Aston Martin this week but nowhere near enough to cover the losses I’ve made by having my business closed for 9-10 weeks

People often argue here about whether a share can be manipulated.... I have no idea but judging by the recent pattern we will start up and finish fractionally down say 26.25-26.3 .
Probably won’t happen but the more it does the more orchestrated it feels.
In the grand scale of things it doesn’t matter a jot

What everyone wants to see In a share is big institutional holders and we have that in spades here , unfortunately one byproduct of this is a lack of liquidity. Add to that , Solg is not heavily traded and a large proportion of holders here ( especially the ones I know) are happy to play the long game .
All in all this can lead to periods of inactivity price wise , however when news breaks and people want shares that lack of liquidity can mean sharp movements on relatively low volumes.
I’m actually expecting things to kick off sooner than most but will enjoy the sunshine for now .

To be fair Shipwrecked called Aston Martin last week ..... up 40% today ..... love him or hate him he seems to know his stuff

Anyone expecting an update this week ?
Plenty of potential news but nothing due as such .... in fact when they got the Banca permit it wasn’t considered worthy of an RNS .
Now with Citi on board to watch their back I don’t think they will miss a single opportunity to release anything that may be deemed remotely positive
