I agree with all that and if they realise they can’t afford a T/O surely they bid what they could afford if only to maximise the value of their own holding ... they won’t want anyone else getting this on the cheap just because they can’t

Agreed, but it’s weird they chose him as his history has always a been proving up and selling

CGP May well be annoyed , however if they claim Solgold are in possession of market sensitive information which they are withholding, by default they must know what this information is and yet have not been specific themselves. Why not just say Solg are withholding information with regards to a, b or c ??

If you realised the prize was most likely beyond your grasp , at the very least you’d want to achieve the best price for the shares you hold . So put in a low bid knowing it will most likely be rejected, but is almost certainly going to result in a big rise in the value of your own shares ....... can’t see a downside

Some time ago there was a dispute as to whether or not CGP held any of the Blanca concession via Ensa.
At the time we had started drilling there .
Recently I asked the company ( several times) if we were in fact now drilling Blanca and was told that question couldn’t be answered at present.
Subsequently CGP have accused Solgold of withholding price sensitive information.
Do you see where I’m going with this ?

Totally agree re the next 3 months .
It would clearly benefit anyone looking to launch a bid to keep the price as low as possible, just got a feeling the news flow potential here could eventually render these tactics useless
