Z it’s not necessarily the case , they still like the block cave option but clearly shallow early cuts mean they can potentially produce ore both quicker and cheaper. This means earlier revenue reducing the need for dilution down the line.
If this is proven to be the case then any potential interested parties may have to move quicker.
The resource is getting bigger and more valuable by the day ....

So it seems Cornerstone are still hell bent on selling.
Hopefully there will be plenty of interest from those hoping to secure a chunk of Cascabel. They sided with CGP & NCM at the AGM but I’m guessing that’s where their allegiance ends ..... they will be simply looking for the best possible price, let’s hope the likes of Barrick are keeping a watching eye ....

They are now looking at moving to early shallow cuts which will most likely lead to massive savings in both costs and time as well a reducing the level of dilution required as you well know . However your posts beautifully fit your rather obvious agenda

Thanks but what about CGP’s standpoint.... surely if it came to a low ball placing they would suffer along with everyone else? They must have known this when voting with BHP/ NCM if anything it makes it all the more bizarre that they were so quick to reject the offer

What I don’t get is that the best form of defence is to get the share price up in the near term, surely to have two major shareholders who could clearly benefit from a low share price cannot be healthy.
This must also be a worry for CGP unless they know something we don’t?
