We were told there would be an update on the PFS “early in the new year”
Porvenir/ Tandayama updates could come at anytime
If the company are to be believed then talks are ongoing with potential JV partners.
The list goes on …… so why would folk not be expecting news ??

The problem is people end up discussing them rather than what is potentially a very exciting near term investment. So their job is done , the filter button in essence neuters them ….. so use it

Interesting stuff RK thanks ….. hard to believe Valuestone’s $5m investment in Porvenir will be the first and only interest they show …… things seem to be slowly coming to a head now …. Next couple of quarters should be interesting and will probably see an end to Solgold as we know it .

ET ….. depends whether you are talking about building a block cave mine or starting shallow open cut and becoming largely self funding. This very much looks on the cards at Porvenir too which could even be sold separately if needed

Hi RK ....Totally agree re the Franco deal , but what is to stop us looking elsewhere again , and would that force BHP'S hand?
I disagree with Smith Trader and believe there is a very realistic possibility of a third party entering the fray.
Time after time NM has proved we don't need BHP to raise money .... in fact they were overlooked in favour of NCM early on ..... then Franco ..... Valuestone etc. There are plenty of options to raise money that don't involve BHP if we chose. we could JV , we could find a buyer for Porvenir ........ Rio could change the whole picture at any point.
I believe the delay in PFS will turn out to be a smart move, buys time whilst we develop other licenses ...... this is a game of cat and mouse and I don't believe BHP are the only game in town

A third party is indeed exactly what we need and I believe one will enter the fray at some point.
NM will not let this go for peanuts and their plenty of potential entry routes (DGR/ CGP/JV’s etc) …. Having initially been disappointed I’m now thinking the delay in PFS is a smart move
