Fear not, One part of our long-term strategic plan is to put the Company in a position to pay dividends and the Directors have decided to seek shareholder approval for a capital reorganisation that will be necessary before dividends can be paid. Shareholder approval will be sought at the 2015 AGM which is scheduled for the 17th September. Subject to receiving Court approval, it is planned subsequently to pay a dividend. A further announcement in this respect will be made in due course.

mudskipper there is also a capital reorganisation - although not clear at the moment what that entails, also what ppl did not realise is they jumped on bandwagon without doing full research, the northfield entity is not listed, has not raised the funds to build the plants yet - they will do of course. there are some big hitters as PIs in the northfield entity.this will go to 11p. understand a few people have been spiked, do not believe this was a pump n dump, people need to be very patient now

i think ppl should be patient - will be back to 11p at some point mate. this is a SOLID share.
