As per the last few years, You know unless you are here to discuss how many millions the company will make , how many bopd they will produce, how much money each investor is going to make you get shot down.

There is no balance, no one wants to discuss the companies and BOD track record, no one cares that the BOD hold next to nothing in their own company and are unwilling to buy any shares even though they have this “company changinging” deal. No one questions where all the millions have gone over the years as it’s not important.

I will never say buy ADL or sell ADL it’s not my place to say what people should do, but in a Rampy board like this when all you hear is “exciting times upon us” “revenues incoming” it’s important to have balance. This deal is subject to IF’s BUT’s and MAYBE’s with no risk to anyone apart from the PI’s of whom even with this deal have already been diluted as per every “deal” this company has entered into and yet again the BOD have raised more then needed for the deal meaning they get paid.

Nothing wrong with having hope that something comes off and that can be done without posting here but some of the posts are miss informative and make sure they come across as this is a home run when it’s anything but.

As I said how much confidence have the BOD shown on their own company? How much in % and £ do they own, that tells the biggest story imo

Wrong, there was strong but expected news out, and the SP hit resistance between 5-5.17, bounce down should be to 4-4.1 ish, then the next leg to move up. Look at the chart :)

Of course they have, they have made assumptions there is copper in the ground, they sent the samples off which give the grades, what's so difficult to understand about that??

I suggest you look at the IF, BTS and maybe's from the broker note, the same broker of whom financed and wants to sp up for a return.

So the workovers are worth nothing £ to ADL, glad we cleared that up, but if they fail to generate anymore BOPD then ADL lose 500k of which they will still owe via cash and or shares.

Regarding the SPA and if all goes well they only get to acquire a participating interest, now work out the below formula to get a participating interest.....

Furthermore, PBS has granted Andalas an option to acquire a participating interest in the Betun-Selo KSO. This participating interest will provide Andalas with an interest only in any future incremental production from the Betun-Selo KSO (excluding the existing production from Betun-Selo). The amount of the interest will be determined in accordance with the following formula:



PI = WP/(WP+V) x 100%
Where:
PI is the Participating Interest to be transferred;
WP is the total expenditure incurred by Andalas in undertaking the work programme in accordance with Services Agreement; and
V is USD 3,600,000 (three million six hundred thousand United States Dollars) PLUS the cumulative cash contributions made by CAV to PBS from the effective date until the date of the exercise of the Option minus the cumulative cash distributions made by PBS to CAV from the Effective Date until the date of the exercise of the Option.


The option may be exercised by Andalas at any time up to 6 months after completion of the 4 well workovers included in the Services. On exercise of the option, any amount owing to Andalas shall cease to be repayable. Andalas will be granted security by CAV in respect of sums advanced in respect of the Services Agreement.

So are you saying that adl IF they get the 150bopd will actually not make a penny but its all part of the "bigger picture"?
