It’s madness, why do they need 250k as they have nothing going on and the current “project” is fully funded so no funds need for that. Hmmm have a look back and see if they have pulled this stunt before! You don’t have to look far.

It’s a typical lifestyle company, the last 250k raise will tied the bod over for about 6 months then another will come along with the promise of another project. Mark my words the rest of the CLN won’t and can’t be used. The cln holders for the 500k and flipped their stock and the massive fees they pay on the 500k subsidised the difference in price. But as some say be patient, all is well, exciting times ahead lol

Time, if you actually look at it properly they hint spent millions on projects, a tiny fraction of what they have raised (nearly 8 million) has gone on projects. The business plan for the company is to raise as much as possible and spend as little as possible on “projects”. The rest of the money which is millions goes on running costs for the BOD. It’s clear as anything all you have to do is look through the Various rns and also company accounts, lots and lots of consultancy fees to unnamed, travel expenses and general running costs.

Not just Simon, the whole board, once Simon has taken enough another one of the current BOD will take over, consolidate and do it all over again, why do you think Rob Arnott joined many years ago, he is next inline.

Why surprised?? the company aquire assets in order to raise money against them via placing or lone notes, its their business model. The funds are for working expenses / overheads.

As they say... exciting times are coming here..... more dilution and more raises / loan notes etc etc, exciting for Simon yes but for investors its a scam.

This will never ever return anything to investors just the directors lifestyle's. Ive said it a hundred times, look at every deal they have ever done and how money has been raised and used against it..... The latest deal will now go quiet for a long time before they announce nothing will come of it and it has cost x amount of hundred thousands of ££. Rinse and repeat :)

Sorry was 1.4p down to 0.0195 the consolidated to 1p and to where it is today.

It only was at 1.3 as was consolidated from 0.002 to 1p. so in theory its dropped from 50p to where it is now due to the BOD, Even more you take into account the price prior to 0.002.

Miker, why would 150 bopd increase the sp as this is a non profit deal, the company earn nothing apart from what they have spent? I can understand a rise on a new deal in which makes profit but as I said why an increase when no value is added?

Just think people should know what they are invested in, this isn't an oil drill hoping to hit gold and spike, this isn't an overnight return, this is a solid company with solid foundations from what they have so far of which they are nicely building on. Also the plant is over looked by many but at this moment and especially during the rainy season is key. Takeover by a major is the golden egg but need to fatten up the chicken first, im delightedwith the progress of the projects, the SP is played by the market as it is with every AIM company until all is established of which it is in the workings. ATB

Miker, you are reasonable. You are only invested here due to being at a loss and I wish you all the best but in theory its a bet to nothing as you have already lost on what you initially invested in.

But for Greg to state exciting times ahead is silly, he's been saying it for I cant remember how long. ADL is not in investment, its just a hope and a slight one at that that invested PI of whom severely underwater get something back.

Which is the way it has always been, I know you understand this and at the moment ADL have 0 projects of which can return any profits to the company. Just the hope that something will come along.

Miker quick question, if you had not investment in ADL as of now... would you invest anything into their current portfolio? Genuine question

It increases the grade of ore going into their plant by 80% - that would get 1.5% grade to 2.7%. Interesting the guy that headed up cradle arc was the operations manager at Lionore (where Don Bailey was Chairman).

I played with some figures and if absolutely everything went out way that plant could produce $3m per month profit. I don’t expect that at all, however the plant has the potential to be very very important and for the mini scoping study/BFS to totally surprise the market!!

The other thing the economic study on the plant could be produced for is to help value where the company is at the moment. This would then make it easier to negotiate a major buying into Arcm at company level (become Arcm shareholders)

The CE oxide discovery we’ve made this year is very modest in size. It’ll be less than 5m tonnes ore. In most circumstances it would be pretty worthless, no ones going to buy the asset and build a mine around that size deposit. Sentinel mine for example would process 5m tonnes of ore in about 5weeks!

The CE oxide deposit whilst small is high grade. ARCM are in the great position of being able to use the built small scale plant to monetize that. Lots of juniors have a larger resource, but no way to take advantage of it. Arcm does and that matters significantly.

Information on the plant is limited at the moment. What we do know is

1) it is expected to be able to process 10,000 tonnes or ore a month. This is mainly limited by the residence time in the leach tank (how long is spends in acid). This was expected to be 6hours, however it might be possible to decrease that to 2hours therefore trebling plant processing ability to 30,000 tonnes per month. This would probably involve some additional capex

2) NVS previously commented when discussing kaliba deposit not being suitable that 1% grade is required to make running the plant worth while.

3) Grades at CE high grade zone can be seen on assay RNS. Without doing a full exercise working out average I’d say we’re about 1.5% average.

4) Ways of concentrating the ore are being reviewed. There are a number of ways of doing this - simple jig system through to dense media separation and X-ray scanning and sorting of Ore into higher and lower grade piles

5) Smelters in Zambia want Zambian ore to process. They are very short. They used to import ore from DRC, but now there are taxes on imported ore making this less attractive.

6) smelters will often advance pay small producers to upgrade their plant as part of any offtake agreement

7) the company is producing an economic report on the plant. This will review all aspects above regarding whether it’s worth the additional capex to increase throughout to 30k tonnes per month and what type of equipment to use (again more capex) to concentrate the ore more. This review will be like a mini scoping study/BFS and will be worked on during rainy season

From NVS comment grade needs to be 1% to be worth while you can probably take that to mean anything over 1% would be profitable with anything below just covering costs.

Base case processing 10k ore per month at 1.5% grade, but binning if 1% to cover costs and keeping the 0.5% as profit would get you profit of 50tonnes copper per month. Say we sell at $5000 per tonne that’s $250k profit per month.

If you trebled production rate $750k per month.

Where it gets more interesting is speculation on how high you could concentrate the ore before being fed into plant.

For example if you could get it to 2% grade then instead of 0.5% grade being profit you’d be 1% - twice as high.
