I agree but my point is, why are they still there? They have been there throughout all the scandals from Whitby to Simon, why when a new board members come on do they stay, they have never brought anything to the party and never said a word

Whats bugging me is why are Graham Smith and Ross Warner still there? are they the puppet masters?

Must say a little disappointed they want to double shares in issue but they need to bring an asset to the table to warrant this

I agree although would hope what they have just put in with what ever is left from the old BOD should be enough to secure their first asset.

The higher the SP here the better for the BOD, for Simon the SP made no difference as he held hardly any shares

Ha, not quick in grasping anything, my issue has always been with the BOD and the way they run the business, now they are gone this has potential, also given the amount the new guys have put in goes a long way imo. With Simon at the helm they were always screwing people over to line their own pockets and that's why they had next to no shares in their own company.

I would prefer this as a clean shell with new directors but any new asset they can bring in without further dilution should see this do well imo

CFEP now bidding for stock and want 10 mill

CFEP have now removed that stock so a bit of buying sees this move quickly

Going forward, there is a lot of stock to churn through, CFEP have 25 million at 0.175 to get through atm

All depends on what asset they bring in, costs etc etc

They have put in a good amount of money and will want a return from these levels so will see how it pans out.

You wont be hearing from me much anymore on here as this could be a new Adl, one of which I know little about so is unfair to comment but would like them to start fresh, get rid of all outstanding assets as will only take up too much time and money. Would also like to have seen the other directors go as they were also rotten (Graham & Ross) and have contributed absolutely nothing apart from taking funds.

In all fariness, this is the best RNS you have ever had.

The crooks have completed what they set out to do and have gone, where the company goes from here could be very positive if the new guys in charge want it to be and dont just use it as a cash cow etc, be carful of consolidation is my advice.
