Again was using as an example for a rto funding ...
Why do you think the BOD recently made 3 billion available ?
lol, thats long gone but was using as an identical example regarding RTO and funding. Again could be super but just need to be mindful regarding funding and how it works. Register with the broker and look to take the placing imo as it wont be higher then current SP and dilution will be big only offset but ...taking the placing, wish you all the best
Im not being negative just showing both sides... no point in decamping a suspended share but facts are facts, need to raise $10mill via a placing as they have said, what price no one knows but they have 3 billion shares to use and the city as per normal will screw the price, the company have to take whats offered...
As I say yes different to ADL BUT all did the same when they were 1p and the best placing they could get for what they needed and the amount of shares they had at their disposal was 0.2. The current directors yes have their holdings at x price but if taking big in the placing at say 1/5th of today's price (not saying it will be) then this would considerably lower their average and offer a return.
I would be looking to take the placing to reduce your averages gents otherwise you may get diluted to high heaven, this is what happens here, yes offers returns but need to be on your toes and not blind
Also what I dont like (all in my opinion) is that this was a producing oil field of which has been run dry hence why production stopped in the 2000's, I dont like it but time will tell...... Ask yourself why it stopped producing oil.
Funding will be a placing of 3 billion shares. -
That the Directors be generally and unconditionally authorised in accordance with articles 5.1 and 5.2 of the Company’s articles of association to exercise all of the powers of the Company to allot shares of an aggregate of 3,000,000,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value (in addition to the ordinary shares in issue at the date of the Annual General Meeting); such authority to expire (unless and to the extent previously revoked, varied or renewed by the Company in general meeting) at the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company or, if earlier, the date 15 months after the date of passing this Resolution, provided that this authority shall allow the Company, before such expiry, to make an offer or enter into an agreement which would or might require Ordinary Shares to be allotted after this authority expires and the directors may allot Ordinary Shares in pursuance of such an offer or agreement as if the authority conferred hereby had not expired.
What price is anyones guess but they need $10 mill, so at todays SP would be enough, imo current shareholders will be diluted to high heaven, new investors in placing could do ok, just my opinion.
Will be same as with ADL when they did an RTO if anyone can remember....
Incorrect, we are now in extension. -
During the exclusivity period, Anglo American will be permitted to conduct a technical review which, if satisfactory, may result in an extension of the exclusivity and the negotiation of a commercial transaction.
This technical review has been complete and now moved onto next stage as per below -
Arc Minerals announces that, following the Exclusivity Agreement signed with Anglo American (as announced in an RNS on 14 July 2020), the Company has been informed that Anglo American has completed its technical review and will be submitting specific due diligence queries in respect of the Zamsort and Zaco companies.
Agree with early, selling on rns of drill results isn't done on the results just on news, you couldn't have even gone through the rns before sells started.
People dont read and or understand these results and they are only a fraction of the asset, imagine a football pitch is the asset and we have only explored in the 6 yard box. Each hole at 400 meters interval adds to the puzzle and we have hit at nearly every drill.
And whom is chairman and CEO of Zaco???? -
About Zaco
The Zaco exploration license is significant in size, covering 465km² of highly prospective area immediately adjacent to the 407km² Zamsort exploration license and holds a number of significant exploration targets including the Fwiji, West Lunga, Nyambwezu, Muswema South as well as the Chihindi targets.
Following the sale of his interest in Zaco, Mumena Mushinge will step down from the board of Zaco, however, Mr. Nick von Schirnding, Chairman of Arc, will remain as the Zaco Chairman with Mr. Vassillios Carellas, COO of Arc who remains CEO of Zaco.
Which means the company probably havnt had them back, they could have even asked the lab to hold onto the results and compile all together with others of which are due. Nick could have had verbally but awaiting official confirmation of all wholes in 1 report, but again all speculation.
