Another day of NT
I purchased a bonsai tree, it helps
What I think most of the time with the ask -
"There is no way that this winter is ever going to end as long as this groundhog keeps seeing his shadow. I don't see any other way out. He's got to be stopped. And I have to stop him."
This is absolutely shocking from the MM, stopped buying completely unless you want 1000 shares
Guys this isn't anything new, ARCM and ECR both block listed, the warrants were there prior to block listing, its just an admin thing...
It not just the buying, the liquidity today was huge on the bid and no one was selling into it, of late its been 250k goes on and is snapped away and the MM result to offering 100k below bid, 1.1mill on the bid at 6.06 for a good 15mins before close and no one took it. The recent seller would have been on top of that.
Not saying you are just stating the book and applauding your broker a
Thats Funny, buy price was 6.199 at 16:30 with the sell price for a very large amount at 6.06..... you must have the best broker in the world!
its a buy
Same here, am adding to Jan and hold large ARCM
The problem here is not what the company have or have not released, its peoples assumptions of what they were going to release, the original RNS stated that AA would have 6 months to conduct a tech review.... the latest was that AA have concluded the tech review and are moving towards DD on the taco and zamsort companies, as I said in the past this is moving beyond tech review thus extending agreement. Its clear and simple but people assumptions of which they made their own were that an RNS would be issued in simple terms saying THIS HAS BEEN EXTENDED when it says that by default by completing tech review and moving forwards.
I told you all about this ages ago...

Incorrect, we are now in extension. -
During the exclusivity period, Anglo American will be permitted to conduct a technical review which, if satisfactory, may result in an extension of the exclusivity and the negotiation of a commercial transaction.
This technical review has been complete and now moved onto next stage as per below -
Arc Minerals announces that, following the Exclusivity Agreement signed with Anglo American (as announced in an RNS on 14 July 2020), the Company has been informed that Anglo American has completed its technical review and will be submitting specific due diligence queries in respect of the Zamsort and Zaco companies.
Have a good xmas Share, not making my point just being balanced. Dont drink or eat too much :)
Issues I have -

ADV take all the financial risk, if the operator didnt think this was very high risk they would have drilled in the last 4 years (since they had the license and funded themselves as they have plenty of $ to do this.
You have to ask yourself what do ADV bring to the table apart from funds they currently dont have and they only way as they have said of getting the funds it through an equity raise diluting shareholders, this is not the deal I hoped for, I expected a currently producing well with limited risk, not one that was shut due to low oil prices in 2005 as uncommercial and now when oil prices are lower they want to start again?? Its still uncommercial.
As I say time will tell but massive risk
Sorry to burst your bubble but this is the same as the Bunga Mass PCS deal, ADV take all the risk and fund everything whilst Carnarvon have no risk, get paid for the drilling and keep 50% EQUITY. Its a win win for them.
Either way Carnarvon earn out of a well they have had for 4 years with 2 years left, Carnarvon have over $100 million so could fund themselves if they wanted to.
I know you will tell me im wrong but time will tell.....
Of course patch, just stating 2 sides :)
