I think you might be the first guy to have caused GBH against a wall. You can have an AGM without trading. The A standing for annual is the key part, it's been a year since the last one and so there going to have another. Think of it like a birthday, you might have been comatose for a year but it's still your birthday so people come and gather for a general meeting.
everyone
Can you do a link please.
The company is in administration people are talking about an appeal as if it's going to happen and companies and lawyers are obligated to help the company and fund the law suit. The're not, a company in administration is on life support and the administrators aim for that life support to be on for as short as possible. Contractual obligations will mean very little to a company which no longer exists. Woof mentioned about the protection of share holder interests. umm administrators primary concern is to see that creditors and debts are paid the share holders can pick over anything that is left after all of that has been settled. It doesn't look good for anything being left because the senior staff weren't taking a wage towards the end to keep the company alive. If you were a share holder then your investment here has received a Ramsey Bolton special treatment. Chow time for the dogs. Count it as lost money and move on. You have my sympathies.
http://www.bdo.co.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/1367284/P49-Report.pdf administrators report says that this is done.
Sorry but it looks like we've lost our money on this one. OXS fought the last court case with borrowed money, no one is going to loan to OXS for an appeal that will cost more money with less chance of success. I don't know how much everyone has lost but this is a dead donkey, the administrators have effectively called it.
shell is making a bit of a come back. is it temporary or will oil producers be scaling back?
It's more like 700k, ser had a lot of debts to pay. Chris oil was not happy when he found out.
Lost the bid for Mexico project
Oops.
Dw at the party is just him going to a works party. No announcement, he's keeping to the rns path though I agree news would be nice.
Yes I quite agree that mirror is mentally ill using FACTS that you don't like such as pointing out that the share is still in suspension after 37 days. However we're the ones who are telling him that he is wrong and delusional because we believe in an unproved hope that the share will come back stronger. Remember in a mental institution the sane are outnumbered by the insane. Looks that way on the LSE boards. Idiot. I'm not sucking up to the troll but that attack was really uncalled for. If mirror upsets you so much then just ignore him.
Have you negotiated in the far east? How long do you think we have?
If you play a share down your an idiot, if you think it will be amazing your a genious. Being right has nothing to do with it. Currently mirror is right.
Well it looks like we are left with the last RNS and DW saying don't worry. Pointless to email him now. It's just waiting for more official news now. Though for a bit of fun should we have pin the tail on the donkey or guess how much we could be in for.... Asset 1 2000 bopd Asset 2 2000 bopd Asset 3 4000 bopd 8000 bopd 30% is 2400 multiplied by £40,000 is £96m which gives us an sp of 12p, new mysterious guy might bump that up to 15p to make a round number. All figures picked out of the air.
The chat boards should only be used to find out info that you can't find in RNS such as what the terms of an agreement are or to kick back and discuss the football. Never ever listen to anyone who says 'this is a sure fire hit, I'm going off to reserve my ferrari.' or 'this is gonna crash hard and your all losers'. You should be able to work out for yourself from the RNS releases what is going to happen to the sp in the future.
Hi, Please invest in my company which is buying 12.5% of another companies assets, no don't invest it directly with the company and get 87.5% of the revenue. It sends out the wrong message.
so my understanding is that say a deal costs £300,000 to set up. NCT could buy in 12.5% of that deal which would cost NCT £37,500.
They've just had to do a placing and their share price has gone down by 22%. I'm unsure if they need to buy the 12.5% interest in CEB or not? if they do need to buy in then there is no chance of them doing so.
The price of oil is falling. Those oil fields are getting less efficient. Dw can sweat them out for a good deal and possibly buy in the pit of the market . When It comes back it will return with a rather large boom. I imagine current owners want to do a deal before prices fall some more. Dw could be waiting for a better price, radio darkness till x mas.
