Spoke to the broker yesterday and was informed that they had a conversation with Russell yesterday . Apparently there will be an RNS re diamond creek in about 2 weeks.
The quarterly report is due before 1 november. I think that is the rule in OZ. Maybe they are delaying it because of news due. Most of my other companies in OZ have announced there report.
As i have said before there was never going to be an RNS as the arrangement with LLoyds is likely to be non material. I doubt if there is any breach of regulations
I liked Dave as i thought he was for the small shareholder. i feel that the trust is slipping away as we have been promised the licence for 3 years now. Bit of honesty would help for a change.
I do not think it is right that Dave and Russell are sending emails to a selective few shareholders. Also Russell says they do not want to prejudice the process at this late stage. What a load of bunkum. Dave told me it was imminent in June and Russell said back in April that it would only be a few months. If they are not sure how the Togo government operates they should not give shareholders expectations.
I think Dave did not answer my emails in July and August probably because he was embarassed that he told me in June that there was many reasons why the licence was imminent.
