'I wouldn't expect the platforms to be informing you of this, they rarely, if ever do so.'- This is not my experience of the shares I have held over the years. I would say I am 'normally' informed directly of important news....
What I really fail to understand though, is that if it is so vitally important that shareholders vote , and especially bearing in mind the historical apathy, then if it was my business I would be contacting all shareholders held on the register directly informing them of A) the incredibly important RNS, and B) the necessary paperwork/voting forms to enable them to do that.
This forum I would suggest is only frequented by those who have an active interest in this company, however there will be loads of Private Investors who are blissfully unaware of the imminent important changes, and also the hopefully excellent news just around the corner.( -None of which will matter if the company does not get the votes it needs), which is why I am staggered there has been no communication received directly from the company to the registered shareholders addresses. Not everyone lives their lives online.
If they are planning to do this they had better be quick, as time is running out.

I hold ORM shares on 3 different platforms.
Not 1 of them has been in contact to say any action is required , nor that there has been any news. Normally in the past this has happened with other companies I have held.
I have a LOT of shares. It is worrying that if ORM really need to hit a certain percentage of votes that the news of, and a system to enable a vote is not reaching ALL shareholders yet. Why not if it’s so crucial.

Just thought they would have had some sort of legal obligations to post them to registered home addresses .
Some people do not have access to computers either so would not be aware.

I hold quite a lot of ormobde shares.
Should I have received any paperwork ref the developments ?? Should I have received some kind of voting forms ???

Ok. So AGM stated liquidation going ahead with Fund Solutions SCA from AGM Dec 2015. However, although now de-listed does anyone know when this will be finally cancelled and/or monies received if applicable. The problem is I was trying to consolidate ISAs and paperwork by transferring a couple of ISA's into 1 ISA. BUT, I am unable to transfer my ISA from Company A to Company B, as Company A held IERE and I can't sell them, transfer them remove them or gift them, but they need a record, but Company B won't accept them. So stuck? Anyone got any ideas when this will be wrapped up or news on progress please?

The world's largest economy most likely entering into an infrastructure boom shortly, oil rigs being deployed worldwide again at record rates- all tungsten heavy industries- Seems a bit weird to me to be delaying anything. I would not be surprised at all to see large sustained tungsten price rises shortly, yet they are delaying things. ?? Ormonde missed the boat during the high Tungsten prices last time from faffing about I felt. Surely now is the time to get spade ready , before the price rise , to capitalise on it when it happens, as 'once you see a bandwagon you've usually missed it'! Delay things , price goes up, faff about , doh mistimed it again. Hope to see the Tungsten price rise very soon!

Land secured. Mine already there. Extraction cheap. Permits in place. Funding secured. Progressing to production as prices are rising. Off take agreement already sorted. Plus, proven Gold in the area also. Stable supportive country. Labour available. Shares relatively unheard of. SP rising -and still a long way to go!! Plus the possible of a takeover target! I mean, what's not to like. .??? Multi , multi bagger, or I'll eat my sombrero.

I along with many others have posted on this anomaly before. Large buys sends the share price down... I have written to both Davy and Ormonde on the subject, but no reply, and urge others to do the same to get some answers. God help us if someone buys millions- they'll be worthless!!! And WHEN the permit comes , don't we want the shares to rise??

In my excitement I forgot to re-rate ORMONDE. Potentially, the most promising share I have seen for some years...

Latest Ormonde announcement: One small step for shareholders, one giant leap for permitting, (and future share price....) Great news, and 1 step closer. Hold on to thy Sombrero's, the time could be nigh,... COME ON ORMONDE! I'll put the Sangria in the fridge so it's ready and waiting..

So we are not going mad then. Others have also ,very recently, again ,confirmed this possible anomaly with the buys appearing as sells, and the share price reducing not going up. But what to do?.... I propose that as many of us investors contact Ormonde themselves, and Davy, (anyone else?) to insist it is investigated and demand a response. I for one would love to invest a 'sizeable sum' again right now, but , until I have my concerns addressed will not be doing so, for fear of it having a negative effect.! If investor confidence is diminished, then it will be affecting us all. If there is a technical glitch suppressing the price, then again we will all be affected, and probably more crucially , before the big announcement it would be good to get some answers, so we will hopefully gain the full effect of the eventual almost certain 'uplift' to our shares and wallets, as the news breaks and more purchasers join the fold.... Thoughts anyone?

Fingers crossed the approval is imminent, although I can't see any other outcome than positive, and if not I'll eat my sombrero! Does anybody else on this board though, share concerns from several ormonde followers reports, on several different sites, that something odd is going on with regard to buys appearing as sells, and buys reducing the share price? Some have reported checking the price prior to buying, and watching it drop as there purchase appears as a sell! Obviously this would be absolutely disastrous if there's fantastic news (as I expect shortly), lots of people jumping in, and thus watching the price drop to zero!! Don't know how this can be checked out anyway....ideas/thoughts.? Would be nice to get the issue resolved, if there is one, before our windfall arrives.!!
