Stalin, only £75,000 approx of the placing money is being paid out to cover outstanding loans + accumulated interest. Most will be repaid by allocation of squillions of disgustingly cheap shares priced @ 0.0075p. Anyway, difficult as it is to come to terms with hugely depleted funds with which to recover, the overriding point for me is just how monumentally unlucky Paulo, Thom, AOGL and we as shareholders have been. Saudis, Russians squabbling amidst a Covid 19 pandemic crashing the oil price just as we were closing in on the proposed RTO. Couldn't make it up. Suspended AIM companies

Currently where an AIM company has been suspended for more than six months, pursuant to AIM rule 41 the company's securities will be cancelled. We appreciate that, given the logistical challenges during this period, further time might be required to resolve the reason for suspension. Accordingly we will be using discretion to extend the period to 12 months for any AIM company that has been suspended between 30 September 2019 and 1 July 2020.

Date 20 March 2020

This is us, AOGL. Suspension period extended up to 1 year from original date of suspension 02/01/2020 due to the ongoing unfortunate and unforseen circumstances. Annual accounts can also be delayed by up to 3 months if successfully applied for.

On ADVFN bassguy. 15 min delay so not quite live price on ASX stocks. Strange they show +3 or 8.3% rise whereas the Calidus Resources website shows +2 for a 5.6% rise. A rise is a rise is a rise though!. ATB. :o).

Enforced due to ongoing unforseen circumstances. Not directly Covid-19 related but the ongoing extended suspension of another AIM stock of mine (not the only one) + the recent havoc played out in the oil markets have left me temporarily juggling with limited resources. Don't mind buying them back @ higher though when i can. Probably good that i can't do anything with my Calidus distribution holdings as temptation to partially offload there as opposed to here would certainly have come under consideration. GLA. :o).

on Calidus overnight. Up 25% or 7 notches on Calidus site to $AUD 0.35 or 22% on Advfn to same $AUD 0.35 @ 7.00am our time. Hopefully the start of some recognition for an as yet unheralded and (imo) grossly undervalued project. Lots of milestones coming this year into 2021. Production year. Just a slight ramp that i can look myself in the mirror and be oh so comfortable with, ha ha. ATB. :o).

Essentially this has been the reason for the concerted small sells campaign to drop the price since it hit 340p mid last July. He wouldn't want to convert his outstanding fees/accumulated salary etc at a price giving him far less shares and bang for his buck than he's achieved with this bullwhit manoeuvre. Anyways, i'll deal with it. Just need to, like all lth's, in whatever manner we choose for ourselves. :o).

Good morning guys and all. I hope JZ's treacherous act didn't prevent sleeping soundly. Share price responded as expected by yours truly yesterday with the initial retrace upon opening then exacerbated by some selling down to the 85p dirty deal level. Buying/selling was very even after 9.00am, nothing of note imo. I'm sure we'll hit the 85p level again, probably multiple times as k's of shares flood the market. I don't expect 50p nor do i expect URU to fold. JZ has manoeuvred himself rather "shrewdly" to benefit from the lion's share of Zebediela. The little so and so!. Not going to lower myself saying harsh words. Defo trading opportunities ahead methinks. GLA. :o).

maybe i'm still shell-shocked but feeling neither up nor down after being Nuked by JZ's latest and greatest grab. He certainly has the "Me Me Me" syndrome fine tuned and honed to perfection on our extremely loosely regulated market. Dilution for me instantly was 2.6% to 1.39%.
