Done a bit of reading. King, each invested entity holding 3% or or more is "obliged" to inform the company within 5 days of any material change to the number of shares held either by purchase or sale. I concur with Dave on this. Basically, "do your best to keep us informed boys". How much regulation there is, questionable imo!. Bring on the news, we've been severely rationed as of late. :o).

seems like JZ is up to the old cloak and dagger stuff again. Nothing clear but everything out of sight. Wouldn't imagine anything illegal and who would i be to suggest it?. Just a bit under the counter so as to not attract attention. Dirty deals being done dirt cheap as usual. ha ha, King. Yeh TR-1 would be necessary and would've appeared by now if any of those mentioned were lessening their holding significantly over recent times. Could be that pi's just have an affinity for selling/buying in 1m lots. Possibly also mm to mm transactions going on to suppress or stimulate share price fluctuations as they see fit. Wouldn't put it past them. :o).

No real clue King but latest update as of 23/3/2018 on URU site shows all major holdings still intact. But that was 7 weeks ago. Whoever has been offloading the rounded 1m are being picked up in equivalent buys or even more over a good few weeks recently. Price is now where price was previously. Nothing really happened. :o).
