King, i'll say it again - good research. The address for Captor on the downloaded form is the exact same as where the URU AGM was held in November 2017. Same building, same suite 401. Zorbs "special" place obviously, ha ha!. All coming together but yet to be revealed IMO. :o).

- May 23rd 2017 there were 11 RNS's released. This year in the same timeframe - Nada, nil, zero, zilch, rien du tout, nichts. Hopefully a transformational landslide of positive news is just around the corner, or the next one after that. One day Rodders!. Although i do believe a lot is going on. :o).

i don't care what the share price is today, tomorrow, next month or this year. I care that our company is developing into a multi asset battery mineral producing forward thinking cash positive entity with a future (think 3 years) value which will be multiple of today's price due to hard graft, enthusiasm and excellent people in our management team. Traders may squawk and run around like heidless chickens. Don't feel the urge to do that myself. Might look in again in 6 months to see where we are. ATB. :o).

King and ft, whatever is going on in the background pi's are always last to know. Especially with "under a cloud" JZ. He's duty bound to provide shareholder value, just not within a definitive timeframe. Progress has been made @ URU (totally discounted by the market with our share price in the doldrums) but just not within a whole load of peeps self imposed timescales. Don't know the why's or wherefore's but price has been deliberately and calculatedly dropped to this level to facilitate under the radar transaction. Imo. :o).

scored, 9.7% of MRS held as of 29/12/17. Cash in bank of �1.3m and no debt at all as of same date. JZ and others don't take salaries here so minimal ongoing spend. JZ said the floor price here was 4.5p. The whole of the Zebediela licence area (100% owned) and Burgs (50% owned) is then valued @ a comical �1m+. Can't advise you as to whether it's well run or not. A very slow burner as a lot on here have seen the share price crash from 4p+ to this paltry level. Read as much information as you can in RNS. I'm positive and hold quite a few (m) so i like thoughts of upside potential. ATB. :o).

at least 25/30 individual sell trades of 1m over the past 6 weeks alone. 8 in the last 8 trading days so works out @ 1a day - NO, not an apple. A 1m round sell, ha ha. This looks like the whole reason why we haven't had any news and the price is here to facilitate the ongoing transfer. For some reason Zorbs couldn't have upward momentum @ URU and red carded @ 1.10p. Just my suspicious mind at play. :o).

still doubting that there's some type of ongoing share transfer happening?. There's the reason we didn't rise with the buys. Dirty deals right enough!. :o).

of JZ to put the brakes on @ 1.10p with his speeding ticket RNS as we now languish only a fraction above the 18month low of 0.5p. Less than 50% of an already depressed level. Why do it?. There must be a plan in place. There's always got to be some form of plan. All the major shareholders must've received some form of assurances for them to resolutely hold through this barren spell. Maybe all will be revealed soon. Maybe i just think too much. Anyway beer o'clock is nigh. Until tomorrow. :o).

same as yourself ww i'll never get involved with any of JZ companies again. Not against chancing my arm on AIM in general as a 10%/15% level of higher risk investment in overall pf. JZ just too self obsessed, arrogant and totally dismissive of pi's interests. It's not that he's a fool, methinks he knows exactly what he's doing to benefit himself and close confidantes. Therein lies the problem for pi's. :o).
