don't like uncertainty so let's just say the share price has been somewhat restrained and under pressure as of late. MRS is about much more than whatever the share price does today though. Enjoy 2019/2020 as assuredly the debt restructing announcement will arrive in due course with a positive outcome serving as one of the main drivers in returning our way way way undervalued MRS to a credible MC. :o).

is obviously welcome but having previously had a higher closing price on 4 occasions in the previous 7 trading days it nowhere near represents the true potential @ MRS. Nomad appointment will bring a sense of relief to many but whether it in itself can be a driver of an increase to 6p/7p initially by buyers returning en masse, we'll have to wait and see. The big stuff still to come as we all know will be the beneficial debt restructuring leading to year on enhancing of bottom line profits. Contractual wins keep coming in an industry ripe for picking with MRS apparently extremely well, if not uniquely so, positioned to our advantage. So all good to go imo. maybe just pure speculation but i'll take that over deafening silence any day. Involved in all 3 URU, MRS and a speculative punt on ANR. As mentioned it appears as if Zorbs has held firm @ ANR despite the collapse in share price. I wonder why?, especially when all the other main protagonists/culpable ones jumped ship hastily. Hopefully a switch of market transpires imminently to allow the Chinese a free hand and genuine shot at restoring sentiment/shareholder value. Has Zorbs remained for self interested reasons. Wouldn't be a first. MRS still to announce Nomad appointment, some getting tetchy but i trust my own judgement on this one that all is in order and due diligence has been completed by now and announcement is also imminent. URU, as you say King appear to be on a go slow slow slower with so many things but i'm not letting it get to me as it once did. It's all just one big convoluted tube of tubule things intermingled with multiple other things, ha ha. ATB, GLA. :o).

completed on 6/7/18 @ 6.5p for 14m shares was taken up by Directors/Management totalling 6.65m with the remaining 7.35m being divided between other staff/contractors. Can't see a placing being considered by management as out of the partipants in the bookbuild sitting at a loss currently, i don't think the shop floor chappies would look too kindly on a further undercutting of their investment having been themselves to a great part responsible for the huge effort to pull MRS back from the brink. Just flippin' wouldn't sit right with them fellas imo. RE-financing current loan deals the way to go. ATB. :o).

down a total of 12.5% on another 1000 sell + 315 sell, back up 9.37% on 1000 buy to be only down 3.13%, so far. This is effing crazy. Zorbs is totally responsible for this from his infamous red card to halt a rise RNS to the most stupid of reasons given for a meaningless consolidation. Pwick (adopted a wisp, apologies to anyone with a genuine speech impediment).Oh, and now they want 177p to buy which is only 2p less than the start of trading today. Pwicks, oops. :o).

totally complicit in all this. How can a stock sitting @ historically low level be marked down 6.25% of its already piss poor MC on another 1000 share offload equating to only1/780th of shares in issue. At this rate a further 15,000 offload or approx 1/52th of shares will annihilate us completely. WTF is going on Zorbs?. :o).
