Most mining/ oil projects tend to cost a few quid to get them going

Generally hundreds of million or even billion + capex requirements

We are talking just over $100m

Very quick pay back , under a year

Then profit profit profit

It’s also very in demand and fashionable, where as others are not (coal, gas and oil)

Mining once project up and running can also create problems but the mining is literally scooping it out it the ground

There isn’t one negative

So there are going to be a number of interested parties and I assume discussions have already taken place and are ongoing , cause let’s be honest KOD don’t have $117m in the bank

But we are in a strong position to neg ,

it’s a sellers market

Low capex, low cost, high margin with exploration upside

KOD have been working on recovery rates and no doubt will release reduction in costs making it more profitable and attractive

KOD will also ave a good idea on the resource potential unexplored areas of the licence area

With this I’m hoping funding is secured for 25% equity

Get it locked away in ISA

Dabakala Concession

· Geochemical sampling continues to return high grade surface samples at new discovery zone.

o New assay results up to 1.97g/t gold

· Infill sampling has confirmed continuity of high grade gold anomalism extending for over 11km and surface width up to 3km.

o Multiple trends are interpreted relating to geological structures and contacts.

· Field reconnaissance and mapping of artisanal working has been completed.

o Check sampling confirmed previous high grade surface samples with check samples of an initial 2.1g/t sample returning values of 4.2g/t gold and 3.5g/t gold

· Aircore drilling rig retained to undertake first pass testing of this high priority area with drilling expected to commence from 21 June 2021.

· RC drill rig secured for the Fatou Prospect in Mali with drilling expected to commence before the end of June 2021, allowing for initial confirmation drilling of this previously reported resource prior to the annual rainy season.

The next phase of exploration at Nielle will consist of additional RC drill testing targeting the defined gold mineralised zone and further aircore drilling targeting the surface geochemical anomaly and geological targets. Drilling is anticipated to commence in September when a drill rig becomes available.

Lithium is in demand , very relevant in today’s world with the rise of EV , which is only going to be more in demand in the future

add in shortage of supply , price has gone up considerably with means massive profit each year

Current forecast on today’s price is net cash over $100 million each year , “net” not gross

plus price is expected to rise more over time

Capex is relatively low for such a high return,

payback is just one year now with the rise in price

It’s a very attractive asset and very relevant

Current resource is made up of only a small area of our licence area , just 3 out of 10 prospects plus 2 additional licenses

So you can quickly see the resource will be much greater in time ,

potential to mine for well over the 8.5 years currently planned

We already have partner but it’s already in the public domain regarding other parties watching and reviewing the developments

So basically in a nutshell

it’s a money making machine

I too hope no T/O but who wouldn’t want a slice of this pie ?

The thing is now with the increase in price , we could sell 50% for $150 - $200m and still return $50m+ per year as the economics previously announced to the market

Either way it’s going to an exciting journey from here

It’s difficult to put a valuation on the company at the mo as the gold projects are being explored which we hope to confirm resources which then can be accurately valued

What we can value is Bougouni , as the project next door as has a commercial transaction recently

So c£200m

That’s just for the resource today’s defined for Bougouni

So mining licence will help close the gap x3 current mkt cap

Don’t forget in today’s market it’s $2bn revenue on production of 220ktpa

Then add in the remaining lithium licence, further 7 prospects at Bougouni plus Bougouni west and diendio

With 8 gold projects to value at some stage , Then add in remaining lithium licence area

Only time will tell

But @ £50m mkt cap

Plenty of upside

Once in production , your looking at $113million per year after costs before tax just from 220ktpa

Producers are valued @ multiples and that’s the next catalyst as we go up the chain from junior explorer to producer

We are always the last to know what’s going on Behind the scenes but I see today’s announcement as the directors happy to take shares in lieu of salary , clear indication how good the assets are not just lithium but gold

Looking through announcements previously , it’s been stated interest parties for both lithium and gold

Bougouni 350km2 of this , with the resource only made up from 3 prospects out of 10 !

Then there is Bougouni west and Diendio

The current resource is only a small percentage of what the actual resource is , it’s a MONSTER !

Chinese are all over lithium , the price is up due to demand
