Which country? (UK) X-O seems to be the cheapest trade, sure you know? but really needs to be in an ISA or SIPP. I'm with Interactive Investor and that's a broker trade fee of £49 plus the trade cost..
(ii) recent amalgamation with Share-Centre really did me in today; I called with the SP at 138p and by the time I got the trade placed (27 minutes) the share price had FOMO'd to 162p. Aargh, settled at just over 160p and I felt hard done by until I saw the US closing price. What a winner this stock is turning out to be having initially dipped my toe in at 52p.
So, so happy to be along for the ride... and loving the friendly, helpful comments on the board! Thank you all GL
Scary to look at before you realise though. I'm on (ii) and just did a large top up which now shows as a huge loss
KR1 on OTC is KROEF
Peters cheeky rye grin made me laugh at a question he so obviously was unable to answer. Just as we know more a case of when..... so enjoyed the answer though.
Feel fee to ....off when your ready then. A lot of us on here will have zero sympathy for your diatribe..
Commented and filtered the fool over a week ago... It's so unnecessary IMHO
Go to ii and you'll love your broker rather than needing to **** them off!
Thanks BOTAK.... I'd looked on the website but not spotted it (thumbs-up)
Think bigger Roofer... cruise liner?
All piddly low volume from what I'm seeing?
Exactly, we should say goodbye to LSE once we are able to qualify for the NASDAQ. London will continue to hold this great company back due to a lack of forward thinking.
Anyone on here actually own one? A toy model doesn't count..
(ii) have HIVE, BITF & HUT8 all Canadian .. normal trade.
CoinCollector ... Yep agree with you. I've not explained myself very well but you have got the point I was trying to make. Happily invested where I am but feel we all need to protect ourselves from the State.
Certainly not about to cash out and buy a myriad of other products controlled by the state or hold cash. Just don't think it's doable at this present time. I'm doing the same as most of us i assume; holding property, shares and several crowd funded investments. No ETF's at this time.
I feel the brokers need to distance themselves from fiat but appreciate it will take some time.
Value your comments DSFLAT. I'm 100% with you on that. My point was, everything currently is based on fiat as its base, maybe not MicroStrategy and other similar I am perhaps unaware of. For long term, say three to five years plus, I can't see where you'd hold liquid funds in a tax efficient manner outside the fiat system. Everything as I see it just dips back into fiat at the transaction point. Probably overthinking it.. Happy to stay heavily invested for the time being at any rate.
Don't think the local IFA will be a lot of use ..
Would KR1 be an easier long term plan? Deffo not ramping; just offering my tuppence worth.. Although for clarity I do hold KR1 amongst many others..
DSFLAT.... Have you thought of a cunning plan when you eventually cash out? I'm really struggling and would like the brokerages to convert to BTC holdings or another suitable flavour of Alt. Problem (as I see it) at the moment is the lack of a tax wrapper along with the possibility the whole financial system collapses.. Scary thought.
42... Your a filtered fool!
Any one know where I can find our current holdings list? I'm assuming it's available to view and not confidential..
Have a great weekend all..
