Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
Bellers,
I carry out some consultancy work on the site of a very large logistics company in Middlesbrough (I do not carry out work for the logistics company) Two weeks ago I noticed that they are hauling concrete sections for what I assumed was either a tunnel or a shaft. Later that week I was talking to one of the senior managers of the company and I asked him if the sections were for the Woodsmith mine, and if so were they for the tunnel or the shaft? He told me that they were for the tunnel. He further told me that apparently the tunnel was progressing at such a high rate that the company producing the sections were having difficulty keeping up with the tunnelling machine / machines?
However it was my understanding (When I was invested in SXX) that there was a tunnel section / segment plant on site at Wilton. I live near the Lockwood beck service shaft site and I have seen very little activity there. I would have expected that if the tunnelling was going so well I would have seen a lot more activity at the Lockwood beck site.
I have no way to corroborate what I was told, but does it mean that the tunnel is / was progressing way faster than what was previously expected and faster than what investors in SXX were told? As far as I remember there wasn't any updated information regarding tunnel progress during the last few months before AAL took over SXX.
Looking at the worldometers website: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ Morocco is currently 62nd on the list for Covid 19 cases: 7,910 with 206 deaths.
As of yesterday 2nd June they had 44 new cases and 0 (Zero)new deaths.
Their 7 day rolling average is 41 new cases and 1 new death.
I would surmise that if these are accurate statistics then Morocco should be contemplating easing some restrictions in the near future, hopefully this will allow QFI access to the country and some movement forward.
Interesting article, lots of similarities to our situation.

Antelope, thanks for the info. I was wondering if there was some financial benefits or otherwise to buying on other exchanges that I was missing.
This is my first post on this forum. I've only been following EMH for a few months and have a small holding on the LON exchange. Can someone explain why people on here are buying EMH on the ASX, and are they also buying on the LON as well?
Thanks,
D
I've been invested here since early 2013 and currently have significant losses. I've sold about half of my holding, but I'm holding on to the rest hoping we can somehow rescue the company for "Us" private investors.
Just came across this article in proactive investors about how and why one mining company who's founder and chief executive, with considerable "Mining industry and financial market experience" (Sound familiar?) went about raising money for their new mine in the UK. SXX does get a mention. There are lots of analogies to "Our" situation.

15Lives,
yes a blast from the past, used them in the early 70's, but they've risen from the ashes and are now being sold again, albeit in a more modern guise. :)
Did most of my climbing in the lake district. Borrowdale; Raven Crag, Shepheards etc also many a wet day on Great Gable. Climbing's a little bit different these days, a lot of people who call themselves "Climbers" have never been on real rocks, only climbing walls
15Lives, Myo,
all I've got is my EB's a bag of chalk and my fingernails. :)
I too have joined as a full member. What have I / we got to lose, what difference will another £45 make compared with the many thousands already lost?
