My SIPP is with AJ Bell and they have not yet confirmed the allocation. If its 60% for all existing PIs then ill be happy.

How do those one here telling us what they have taken know what they have been allocated. It was oversubscribed but i have not yet seen details of the allocation. IAs an existing shareholder I applied for £25k but have no idea yet as to what has been allocated.

I have placed an order for £25k in my SIPP with them. They had messaged me about it but the offer closed at 18.30 today!

Whether i get any is another matter.

I’m in the same boat and likewise hoping that we are on the cusp of moving into a phase of growing sales into profitability. It’s been a long wait

I note that Cavendish appear to have said nothing about the recent trading update. Last year they issued an overview and upgrade at the earliest opportunity. Anyone care to speculate as to why they are remaining silent?

Rod - You are of course quite right but unfortunately i remember Camkids and all the furore about them in 2014/15 (Simon Thompson vowed to pursue them to the end) but it all came to nothing. At aged 75 i just need to move on and hope to recover the losses with my gains in BOOM.

Along with everyone else i am appalled at the Boards proposals. I bought my holding after working in India for six months and witnessing the great need for more electricity supplies, particularly in rural areas. Early enthusiasm has waned over time as I realised how little consideration the Board was giving to private investors. I hope this buyback gets blocked, but if it does what then?

I could see the arguments raging for months if not years, with a board declining to pay a dividend and simply continuing to enrich themselves at our expense. A delisting from AIM would mean i would have to try to liquidate my SIPP holding.

I see little prospect of getting fair value for my shares over a reasonable timeframe. I have therefore reluctantly sold and walked.

Fortunately I bought for the long term and the reasoning is just as valid today as it was yesterday.

A cash call was always going to be needed as they move to the next stage of developing the business. It should not have come as a surprise to anyone invested here. Unless there is some other issue that we are not yet aware of this company remains an exciting prospect.
