Also I was thinking that the Bondholders don't have to be repaid in full ,but on the 11th of April they agreed to a full repayment of the bonds if available.

It's all agreed to pay early and that's great as it finalises interest.

Looks like the Bondholders meeting is to the agreement to pay the bondholders in imideate effect. That's only my take on it and mine only. As I read it, they've excepted an offer as why would you call a Bondholders meeting.
They must like us as it came out after Tel Aviv closed.
Just remember that when Team internet is sold the company will become a cash shell but they already have at least 12 million cash before the sale price of Team internet.
I know there will be some administration costs so say 10 million cash leftover, plus the sale of Team internet of + 36 million will price this cash shell at about 40-50 million at least.
Now what is the mkcap again!

This part of the rns seems to be overlooked that the company has (engaged ) in negotiations with other potential purchasers ,so more than just one who are interested in buying Team internet then.
There in negotiations now with the potential purchasers.
We already new Rainmaker deal would fall through but we didn't know that the company would have so many interested parties in such a short time .

Please explain why as this can delist and I'm not saying it will but after 6 months by AIM rule 15 states that if there is no acquisition in this time they will cease trading.
A load of smoke has been blown up the asses by many in theses chat boards latley.

So there are 1.4million shares in issue, turn 958,000 dollars in to pounds that will be about 800k.
The company as stated it will hold no other significant assets or liabilities.
800k with 1.4 million shares makes the sp about 0.6-0.7 depending on currency exchange at the time.
So why is the mkcap at 2 million?
