It's been above that on little news, very small mkcap for this company.
I bought in last week as news on new deals are ready to land.
But how big ,we will have to wait and see.

I'm not an expert in this share as I'm busy in many other's, but I do know there overdue new's of new acquisitions that can give a massive uplift in value when confirmed.

There trying to keep the market steady before the deal is complete.
They've worded it very carefully, so now we just have to wait for the confirmation of the deal.
There not going to leave themselves potless as TI is still a good profit making platform.

They might not give the offer amount or with who straight away, but confirmation of an offer will send this into orbit.

Deal about to be announced, with the Extraordinary general meeting held on the 29/08/2019 and the bondholders meeting announced on the 02/092019 and will be held tomorrow, and also the shareholders total voting rights confirmation.
All being done by the book before the big news is given.
If they have sold Team internet for a reasonable price then this will be massive, it will get maximise shareholder value as it become's a very rich cash shell to begin a RTO.

I may be wrong but I was going by them being two hours infront.
I can't be certain if the market saw it in trading hours or not.
It's a very good sign to Me but how the market sees it well, we will see tomorrow .
Looks a done deal to me and that's my only take on it.
